Bambu Holland — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

So excited and happy to see this newly revamped Bambu now open on the north side of town! The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They’re very knowledgeable of their menu which is helpful if you can’t decide on what you’d like. We got a little bit of everything (coffee, ché, waffles) and it did NOT disappoint. The coffee isn’t too strong but will wake you up, the desserts are a big hit with our kids! I do like the fact that basically everything is customizable to your likeness if you’d like something sweeter or not. And lastly just the space itself is a vibe from the decor to music. Can’t say enough good things about this location!

Stopped here for the first time on Halloween night. They had nice decorations set up, a food truck in the parking lot and a few tasty treats. Matcha waffle sample was delicious. Our service was fast, very friendly and the drinks were great. I'm disappointed in myself for not being there sooner. They have some really nice snacks including Musubi and Onigiri. Bambu is a great spot to stop when craving something sweet or savory. They recently just added a new ramen bar and appetizers ranging from fried octopus to Korean corn dogs!
