Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Holland

Great pizza, but I refuse to support a business with the customer service (or VERY MUCH “lack there of”) at this location. Matt, the new “manager” was as rude as rude can be, going so far as to hang up on me. When I told him I had a coupon code from the JETS WEBSITE that was not working, and explained that in the past, the manager had always manually entered the coupon for us without any hassle whatsoever. Matt was adamant that this never happened. I assured him that it absolutely did happen, and that my fiancé who was sitting right beside me, was a witness to it. MORE THAN ONCE. AND he clearly was not there (as he admitted he was “new”) so how can he be so sure that the previous manager didn’t actually HAVE customer service skills and help us with our order and coupon code. At that point, he simply hung up. Great “customer service,” Matt! Wonderful choice in “managment” for this store, Jets! I assured him earlier in the call that I would be calling corporate which he actually basically “egged me on” to do. Oh trust me Matt, I will. And I’ll send a text copy of our conversation that my phone automatically takes Via an app, As well as all the screen shots of the coupon code and the issues your website was giving us. Yet Matt, “the manager” claimed not to know the customer service number. Likely story mr. “Manager!” Matt does NOT belong in customer service!!!! Long story short, we ordered from hungry Howies instead, who HONORED their coupons. And to be fair, we promised Nick, who took our order, that we would call customer service at HH as well and let them know what a GOOD customer service experience we had with them. Ordered online while visiting friends (I live out-of-state). 1 minute after order was placed, friends asked which store I ordered from, since there were 2 in town. I had picked the wrong one. So, I called the store to switch the order over to the othet store. After 2 or 3 minutes, the guy on the phone says they can't do that. So, I tell them to cancel my order.

A minute later, the manager, Nathan calls to tell me they can't cancel my order because it's already made. I explained that i had just ordered and he got snotty with me, saying the order was placed 5 minutes earlier. So, they were going to have to charge me either way for my order. I had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my order, rather than getting it from the store less than 5 minutes away.

Worse customer service I have ever gotten! I will not eat here again or recommend this restaurant to...

I just called jet’s Pizza at 9:50 PM. I did not know that they close at 10. I asked if they could deliver a pizza. The guy that answered the phone said we stopped at 9:30 and we’re closed and he hung up. I called back and I said you should never hang up on a customer and he said is that why you called back and I said yes thank you and he hung up again. I don’t care if it’s almost closing time and they tell me that’s going to be closed in a few minutes and that they do not deliver pizzas after 930. But do not tell me you are closed and hang up on me twice! Very poor customer relations!! Please teach that guy...
