Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Holly Springs

Holly springs NC zaxby’s use to be one of my favorite fast food place the service was amazing . but now May 24th /22 there service is awful 😢 it so sad how they treat there customer . I asked for traditional wings . He said it will take 15 mins to make it ,in a rude voice . I said that fine . And the second order was signature sandwich. They had this new club signature sandwich which had pork in it . My kid are allergic to pork . So I said I am sorry ,can you pls make to regular signature sandwich . He asked me if he wants to just remove the bacon 🥓. I explained him the reason and ask him to give the other one . He forgot to turn the microphone off and said to the other coworker .what the hell this woman and the microphone turns off . I didn’t say a word pulled forward to the window waited for 15 min . It was charged more and no changes where made . When I ask the woman to repeat the order . And she said the club signature sandwich, the card isn’t working . I used the same Card in target and 5 below just before 30 mins . I asked her can you pls try again she said your card doesn’t work here . Okay fine handed her a different card . She said here is your Dr Pepper . I said mam I ordered is coke . She asked the guy and they discussed and said can you pull on the waiting lane # 1 so we could bring the order . I waited 20 min more. then they ask me to wait . Total 40 min . It was fine but when I came home we where hungry . there wasn’t any sauce on the wings , no fries on the meal , no drinks where given since they took the drink back . I payed $ 52.24 for this food . I lost my money , peace , got yelled at , no respect , when I am giving my money for the food . I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . If they can treat one person like this they can do this to everyone. I understand there is short staff everywhere . If you can’t work don’t take orders . If you hate your work so much don’t work . If the owner isn’t going to take any action on any of your employees . Very sad to say this business won’t survive for very long . Manager is chitchat and smiling on the phone saying, I am short staff and still working Don’t even care there is a customer who is watching them . She has to make sure the coworkers are working . Anyway just wanted to put it up there and inform everyone pls take care of your health and money . They don’t care . They can harm you even if you say you are allergic . Very ignorant ! Very disappointed. Sorry I am not a person who complain . But this really made me to write a review . If I payed this much money in a restaurant with family . I would definitely have enjoyed the food and tipped 20% to the waitress for there work and walked happily . If I had a 0 to rate I...

We went to Zaxbys drive thru last night as a last minute dinner decision. I feel like I wasted my money. First off when we got there there was no one in front of us or behind us so I expected there to be no issues since they weren’t busy. We order and one of the meals ordered is the chicken Philly they just brought back. We notice after we pay and look at the receipt that the girl rung us up for a chicken finger meal that comes with Cole slaw instead of that so it clearly cost more than the chicken Philly. She tells us the chicken Philly meal is 11.98 which would be more than the meal they thought he requested. I knew the sign on menu said 10.98 so a dollar less so we just let her have it. We end up getting our food after a long wait knowing we paid more than we needed to. I get home to discover that I didn’t even get toast with my salad, the salad was missing toppings that should have been on it and I also didn’t get a dressing!!! So I paid extra and still did not get my money’s worth because they did not fix the meals as they advertise!! I will never go back to this location. It’s not worth the disappointment...

This location is going downhill fast. They are now charging for sauce, holding the ketchup hostage and the QR code for their app never works because the receipt is always faded and impossible to read.

The employees up front never look interested in doing their jobs. Instead they have decided that messing around and talking amongst themselves is a better use of their time. I never received a thank you.

The quality of the food has declined significantly along with the portion sizes. It also takes a long time for the food to come out, even though they are not very busy. In fact I was able to think about and write this review before receiving my order.

I won't be coming back again. Too bad as I used to like this place. Wish there was a Raising Canes around here.

Adding to this review as I came back recently with my daughter who ordered a 5 piece boneless wings. They were $5.99! That's $1.20 a piece and they were tiny and cold. Is this what we are doing now,...
