VILLA SINCLAIR Beach Suites Hotel — Restaurant in Hollywood

One of the worst experiences of my life, I stay in this hotel for an inconvenience with the A/C in my residence and in the area there was no availability of hotels, my only option for that weekend was that hotel, when We arrived at the owner who claims to be Frances (Communist) gave us a tour of the room that although it seemed a circus full of useless things that places them to charge you when your stay ends, I had no other option to stay, the first night everything happened with tranquility, But the second night once we arrived from the beach, we decided to cook in the BBQQ that has outside and the owner (who from now on Adelante call owner thief) offered insistently to my husband a prepared drink, my husband politely and to stay bin with the owner thief gave it to me, I did the same as my husband, hardly the probe (for two reasons the first is that breastfeeding and the second is that the taste was horrible) and leave the glass from In the room, after a while I slept with my baby deeply, I tried to open my eyes but I could not even go to the bathroom, my husband did the same thing in the room, he felt a person in the room and rose and Gave a scream, as I could get up and my husband still sleepy told me that it seemed to him that there was someone in the room, I asked him to enter the room and forget, the next day when we got up we realized that they had taken both Laptos that were in the room table and the phone of my husband who was at a table in front of him, we tried to communicate with the owner thief but did not answer the calls, at 740 am arrived his wife, who by the way is the same Lady who does the cleaning and told us that I was going to tell him, we waited at 11 am and the owner thief still did not show up, I called him back and he said he was going to go, he came with his arrogant attitude, we demanded that he show the video Because at the entrance of the hotel it is indicated that there are 24 Hrs recording, he recommend us not to call the police because he had 10 reports and never did anything, we also called, made the report, the owner thief told the police that the video would take 1 hour to download it since it was contained in A cloud, then back to our room that there was no video of that hour exactly because at that time the comcast signal fell, which we could not believe, besides that he had left the front door of the inn open at night and In his plea said that it was a public place (which is totally false, it is a totally private commercial premises), which he should also provide service if another customer arrived (but in the reception office there is no one at that time since they Do not live there) we had to stay one more day since we had paid and he did not have the slightest intention to return the money, the following day I read some reviews where it was clear that owner thief passes the credit cards by charge days after the check out (because he also takes a copy of the credit cards and stays with them), he tried to give my husband a drink again, which he obviously rejected, but the summit is that when we were checking out the owner thief was charging us 23 dollars for using a sponge to wash the dishes and half napkins, incredible, we had to call the police not for the 23 dollars if not for the abuse of this owner thief that besides that he was involved in the robbery, he wanted extra charges And we never apologize but we blame ourselves since the door of the room or had it.

NEVER STAY IN THIS SITE OWNER THIEF, HE WANTS TO CHARGE YOU EVERYTHING, WHAT'S HERE IS A TRAP AND IN ADDITION THAT THE SITE IS UNFORTUNATELY, MY DAUGHTER OF 2 YEARS NEVER WANTED TO SIT ONLY ON THE SOFA AS THE SITE WOULD TERRAIN , IS OF THE WORST THAT I HAVE KNOWN IN LIFE, IN ADDITION THAT SITUATES SMOKING MARIJUANA AND TALKING ABOUT WHAT THE UNITED STATES DOES TO THE COMMUNIST COUNTRIES, STILL DISCHARGE.

Super Clean, Excellent & Friendly Straight Forward Honest Hosts & Services with tons of Amenities & Extras at No cost. A Real Gem in Hollywood Beach Florida. I booked a 1 Bedroom Suite for a week at Villa Sinclair, 1st week of July. Few days before my arrival, I googled the place to read the reviews & I was a little concerned by some bad comments. After my Stay, I can say, Some guests are either Stupid or post comments in really bad faith. Hughes & Pat, the Owners were very attentive... they give us a tour of our suite showing us all the amenities, I was impressed by the full equipped kitchen & the Spacious well appointed Suite which had everything! 😘😘😘😘, even better than home. Host gave us a yellow page menu with on 1 side, a list of over 50 services at NO cost & on the other side, an exhaustive Bar Menu with price list & inventory, easy to read easy to understand. it was posted on our bed, on our fridge, in the Lobby & we even acknowledged & signed for it at check in. It can not be more Forward than that! 😆😆😆 Nothing over priced, Beach Parking $5 Day, $2 juice & sodas, $4 gallon of water, $3 for a corona, $3 chips, $6 box of Cookies Moet & Chandon French Champagne $60 bottle or $15/hour for Baby sitting! yes! they offer baby sitting...cool for Couples who want a night out without the kids when on Vacation! The list of extra services at NO cost was also impressive, the Best was Free bike rental, the champagne on Friday with Marshmallows & the Movie night out with Popcorn on Wednesday. Where do You get the Owners offering Champagne & Roasted Marshmallows for Free? At Villa sinclair only...😃😃😃😃 The place was very neat & detailed. Pat was very nice every day to refresh our Suite like the very first day, even with candles in the evening & Music. Definitely not your average hotel. Villa sinclair is well located surrounded by many restaurants, bars, a corner gift shop, a beach Brewery, a spa & even a Fully loaded Liquor store within a block. We really had a wonderful time & just to make sure, at check out, I asked Hughes my receipt, he did a tour & inventory of our Suite in 2 minutes & handed me the Bar Menu with the total due, as we signed in the beginning, at 4 in our suite for a week with 2 kids Staying for Free we splurged ourselves with drinks. Cookies. Chocolates box, Wine & Champagne we spent $186 from the mini bar in a week with 8 days Parking included & left $30 tips for the maid service. It was very straight forward & definitely cheaper than a large hotel which charge you $35/day just for self Parking or $5/water & No Free popcorn with Movie or bikes rental for 4 for 5 days for free.....Our stay was excellent, I will come back to villa sinclair without hesitation & recommend it to family & friends. If You are on a budget, just read the Bar Menu & don't use what you don t want to pay for, is that Simple, no hidden fees & with bikes, beach chairs, towels, Suncream & plenty of Amenities & services at NO cost & full equipped kitchen in our suite, so We didn't have to go to Restaurants for Lunch & dinner we really save a lot compare to any hotel room with plenty of space for 4. If you are on a budget and want to spend a vacation close to the beach this will work. The rooms are outdated and you don't have any views to speak of but the rooms are clean and quaint and fully stocked with chargeable items. There is a price list available. This is a mom-and-pop owner-occupied and operated business with only 5 rooms for guests. They have a list of free items that they offer but if you're on a budget read it carefully and be careful because after you go home you could receive a bill for things that you never expected. For example the website says free beach towels but then on the price list it says they charge a dollar a day per towel. On the website it says children under 12 are free but when we got home we got charged $10 a day for the extra bed and an extra $30 for the extra sheets for the 5 nights we stayed. The property although very old is comfortable there is a hot tub and a fire pit and a barbecue or two, there's a sauna, bicycles are available. One problem well worth mentioning is the parking situation. if the owner tells you you can park in the driveway make sure that he has your keys because it's a single-lane driveway one car behind the other, you're either pinned in or you're pinning somebody in. one night we had to Uber to dinner because we were pinned in and the other day we were accused of causing his guests to miss their flight because we had them pinned in however the owner doesn't have a system where he asks for your keys. One last note is that on the day before checkout you will see an envelope in your room with suggested gratuities for the maid service however the maid is actually the owner and although it's expected it's not customary for owners to request a gratuity and the maid service is not daily. We did not want daily maid service it wasn't necessary we kept everything spotless we found it spotless and we left it spotless. we did need a change of towels and the trash to be taken out on occasion.
