Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Holyoke

I was here on vacation from Vero Beach Florida and was delighted to see a Popeyes opened up in my hometown of Holyoke and hyped it up to everyone in my family to go there and try the food but the day we decided to get a family order turned into a disaster, when we drove all the way back to West Springfield where I was staying and open the bag our order was completely wrong. I immediately called Popeyes and explain to them what happened spoke to a very helpful person named Deja who informed me that we could come in the next day and pick up another order. Upon my arrival the next day I spoke to a Hispanic man that was introduce to me as the manager after waiting several minutes then explaining to him what had happened he told me there was nothing he could do for me and basically calling me a liar I was very disappointed not only were we given the wrong food but we also were not given a receipt, this was all through the drive-thru. When I explained to the manager I would like to purchase some more food because we had the kids in the car and they were starving they were out of everything we wanted to order. Complete disaster and very unprofessional. We ordered a family meal, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and apple pies but when we got home we only received a large box of french fries and...

I bought my husband dinner from this location, horrible service. They turned off the fryer 45 minutes before they close so they refuse to make me fresh hot fries offered me some for my inconvenience. I asked for two apple pies. They wanted to give me an exchange for my fries instead of making me the fries that I asked for gave me my drink, I came back the next day to get a refund spoke with a manager. The wraps aren’t what everyone is waiting for at McDonald’s- of course they wouldn’t be but it’s like they wanted to supply the demand of the chicken wrap everyone’s going crazy for and can’t even make it with ranch! Then if you ask for ranch packets at least and the employees say “yes” and don’t give them🤦🏼‍♀️ idk what is going on in this particular Popeyes truly. Truly was good two times. The Springfield, MA & Amherst, MA one is much better. They won’t say yes and not deliver the promise. They will deliver the promise.
