Holyoke Crossing — Local services in Holyoke

There was plenty of customers walking around. Some shopping and some window shopping instead. We did a little bit of both with a stop for some bubble tea. The biggest disappointment is with handicap accessibility. I can go up escalators with no problem but can't go down. Elevators are your friend. But on June 18th it became the enemy. JC Penny's was down, the core one had a long line, we tried outside by Target, and we even tried by the mall restroom by the pretzel vendor near Macy's. We had to go to the back of that store to find a working elevator. So, if you have issues with walking great distances, or children in strollers, you may want to call management first. If it hadn't been for the stores I wanted to visit and my haircut appointment, I would have walked out. Sad to see how downhill they're going- even though they're trying to add new stores. I have to give this place 5 stars, let me explain why. First of all the place is extremely clean and well looked after every time I go! Second, the people who work in the stores here, are among the most helpful and kind people I’ve honestly ever encountered. Third and final reason is because the stores themselves are always fully stocked with supplies and offer good prices for anything you’d like to buy. I know that I go here for my books! The Barnes and Noble here is fantastic. Also I visit the PetCo here for my fish supplies. The pet store is clean despite all the animals that are in there....

Many convenient stores selling high quality items. I love it because they have a DXL store for men. I'm able to purchase name brands, like Ralph Lauren, that fit my body. There is a hair salon, Pier 1 Imports, Kaoud Oriental Rugs, Dental services, Bed Bath Beyond, a Nail salon, Barnes & Noble, Red Robin Restaurant and many other wonderful services & stores to visit. Unlike the Holyoke Mall, the Holyoke Crossing provides plaza style shopping. There is more than enough...
