Mistakes happen. I’m understanding. But the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism of these young people employed at this establishment is unacceptable. I ordered a Carmel iced latte with almond milk as a mobile order and my order was black coffee upon entering the establishment. I told the young man, I’m not sure what happened but I don’t think this is my order. He said he can remake it. As I waited, he began to make my order with one hand and his phone in the other. I would assume his lack of attention is the reason my first order was wrong. He barely shook the almond milk before pouring it into the cup and spilled the milk on the cup and counter while holding the phone in his hand the entire time. Instead of wiping away the milk he visibly saw he spilled he just handed it to me as it. No apology or accountability for the mistake or an effort to show care for the customer or product he prepared. When I asked for a store managers information he said he couldn’t give the information out. As an individual aware of corporate business, this information is public information and I have never had an establishment tell me they cannot extend this information. I asked to speak to a manager which was in the office during the encounter where they reiterated the same statement. They simply gave me a first name and took down my name and number. As I was drinking my drink I noticed green particles floating in my drink and asked the manager if he knew what this may be? He said “it’s probably matcha” I didn’t order matcha. I asked to have it remade again. And for the last order it was filled with coffee grains, which I’m aware can happen, but when using expresso, it tends to happen when they don’t keep up with cleaning and filtering the machine components properly. Everytime i try and get a coffee a half hour before there posted closing time they always claim they are closed and its only this location i can go 5 mins before closing at any other starbucks and still get served. Today i stopped at 8pm when the posted closing time says 830 online and 830 in person, the drive thru lights were off and they just stated they were closed and i said but you guys are open for anothe half hour and i was completley ignored so i drove around and theres 3 employees inside laughing. Starbucks should look into this location and either properly train these employees with rules and regulations/ customer service or just hire people who actually want to work and provide the best customer service from open to close until the actual closing time. Stop hiring young people who dont really want to work and just want a check, to be closing whenever they feel like it and when confronted with the actual closing time they ignore you and start laughing trying to hide behind the counters. Anyways, just an example I experienced, I tried calling to change one thing on my order that made it a $10 drink, but I tried calling before cause I know they’re making that drink instantly, called the wrong Starbucks of course my bad, already a car away from the window, tried to think if I should of said it at the window ‘cause it was all about the scoop of pearls and they thought I asked for 3 scoops when I was making sure the grande size came with two scoops so I didn’t get at all l, but still got charged for the 3 scoops)
