Starbucks — Restaurant in Holyoke

This is a great Starbucks in general, but I had to give AJ at the drive thru window a HUGE shout out for going above and beyond this morning. I just went through the drive thru and when I went to have my app scanned, I dropped my phone out my window- I was too close to the drive thru window to get out of my door and if I drove away, I would’ve run over my phone. AJ was so nice and quickly ran outside, got on her knees and literally crawled under the drive thru window to fish my phone out from under my car for me. I am extremely pregnant and emotional and if I had to ruin my phone this morning, I would have had a total breakdown. Please give her a raise, people are rarely so kind and quick to act and she deserves to...

Every Saturday, I order a drink that includes milk. It's literally the first ingredient listened on the Starbucks App, and I receive my drink with zero milk in it. By the time I realize it, I'm on the highway driving to work. I guess I'll have to be more aware of what they hand me the next time, but I shouldn't have to do that because it's literally their job, not mine.

You need more quality...

The staff is always friendly here. I have a family member who is very picky about how their drink is made, and the staff here always is happy to make it and make it the right way. Its also very clean and nice inside. Whenever I go, there isn't a long line in the drive thru either....
