Edited on 6 July 2023:
Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce online on 3 July 2023 and picked up at the pickup window. There was what appeared to be approximately 1/4 of an inch of sauce dripped down the center of the spaghetti noodles (a very thin line). I went back to the window and showed the worker my lack of sauce and requested more sauce. The worker immediately stated "You have to talk to a manager". As I idled and waited at the window... Feeling my spaghetti noodles becoming colder, I pulled up in front of the store and went inside to talk to the manager. As I approached the indoor window, the same worker stated she had my sauce but I left the window. Realizing that the sauce was once again not sufficient enough for the amount of cold spaghetti noodles I had, I inquired if I could purchase a full container of sauce. Once again I was told I had to speak to a manager. Watching my noodles become more cold, I waited for the manager. While waiting for the manager I heard and saw the window worker making smart remarks about me to a coworker. She stated "Look, I'm not going to be chasing people around trying to find them". This was in reference to my leaving the outside window and coming inside the building. Finally, the manager showed up and I received a full container of sauce. The manager began to waste my time as my noodles became colder, telling me that the window worker was left alone to do all the work so she's having a bad time. I stated that the worker has no right to take it out on customers. In short, all of this could have been avoided had the worker just filled a container with a reasonable amount of sauce instead of telling me I needed to talk to a manager everytime I opened my mouth. I strongly suggest that the worker receive additional training on customer service and learn to not bad mouth customers. Sheer rudeness.
Original review:
It's being newly remodeled and it looks great and more spacious. During their remodeling period you might want to check their website for closing times. Now, on to the food. I have a longstanding relationship with the salad bar to go. You get 3 containers, so I pack the biggest container with salad, put soup in another and fill the 3rd container with mini muffins. The price creeps up often and it's now up to 10$ and some change. Still not a bad deal. You also get a famous smiley cookie. The staff today was very smiley and polite. The salad bar area was clean. The cucumbers and oinions always look slimey and today was...

My brother, his friend and myself arrived around 4pm on a weekday a few weeks ago. When we arrived, we were approached by a greater/worker who was an older White woman, thin build with black hair and glasses who works the morning/afternoon shift. The restaurant was not busy by any means but we were told to wait off to the side for 10 minutes. We did for about 3 minutes and the manager came out from the back and stated to us as to why we were waiting there, basically in the way. We told him that the racist lady told us to and he made her seat us. On our way to be seated, she had a terrible attitude (expected) and she seated us in a very secluded area with hard chairs and small tables when we requested a booth because we are all over 250 plus pounds. We did NOT take anymore of this clown's attitude and seated ourselves at the many booths that were available. Needless to say, she was fuming mad and ran back to the kitchen playing victim because she didn't get her way with us. I cussed her out and put her on blast because she deserved it. It was embarrassing for my brother's friend because he is White. He kept his mouth shut the whole time dealing with that beast of a woman because he knew how she was.
After we seated ourselves, we were greeted with a very nice young lady with EXCELLENT customer skills. No problems with her whatsoever. Took our orders and we all ordered the salad bar with the burger. The salad bar was good but not delicious. I was somewhat satisfied but when the burgers came up, mine personally was slightly undercooked while I eat mine well done elsewhere. The burger patties were pink and was very thin plus was not of good quality at all.
It was a bad experience overall from the time we walked through that door and I truly was going to call corporate the next day about that racist lady but I figure that I'd write a review for the world to see. To save trouble on your next visit (especially if you're a person of color), DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN SERVE OR ASSIST YOU BECAUSE SHE'S RACIST TO THE CORE !!! She is easily 60 plus years old, thin with black hair and glasses and she works the very front of the restaurant. She works I...
Read moreThis is my first time at an eat and park and I can say I was incredibly underwhelmed. After a thirty minute wait to order and another hour and a half wait for food, it arrived luke warm with none of the toppings I had requested, aswell as ... Raw eggshell topped on my eggless hamburger... [See image two] When I pulled the waitress to ask for my condiments and vegetable choices, I pointed out the raw eggshell topping I received and was met with the snarkey reply of "Does that mean you're not going to eat it?". I calmly removed the eggshell and simply asked for my tomato, mustard, mayo, and pickles understanding that mistakes happen. They turned and left to fetch my request dismissing my party immediately with out waiting for further information from the rest of my group, who were also missing things they had asked for. After returning fifteen minutes or so later my food was now fairly cold, and still I did not receive everything I had requested and what I did request was not satisfactory as she threw packets on the table and left a tiny plate of salad next to me with tiny tomatoes and shriveling lettuce (that I had not requested) [see image one] and she walked off still not asking my group about the food items they had received. I called out three times as she swiftly retreated away catching her just before she left and asked her to tend to my groups needs as they were also missing topping that were pre requested at order. After another long wait finally we were ready to eat... nearly two and a half hours later. The food itself was actually of a fair quality and I was even given a free bowl of coleslaw for a taste test, refills came swiftly and the over all taste was pretty satisfactory, however the services and the wait make me never want to dine here again. I may order something online but I will never return to this establishment physically again. (edit: the fastest thing they did all night was snatch our money...
