Aloha Krew — Restaurant in Honolulu

Quick visit during this Covid19 thing. Didn't know it's only online order and pick up now but when I got to the door, which was locked, a guy came out and explained why it's locked. He took my order on the spot despite the rule, brought it to my car right outside the shop. Very nice guy. I even forgot the name of the drink I wanted and mumbled 'something like tiger' but he got it :). One sad thing (as a plastic cup collector!) was that it wasn't in the cup with shop's name or anything like I had seen on internet. However, it was such a nice cafe with the polite guy. Unprofessional and poor customer service. I'm not sure when this place are established, but seems like the owner doesn't know how to treat his customer. My in laws owns a restaurant and to see what they did to us, its just blows my mind. We went to this place because it has a high rating but in reality it's so disappointing. I don't write reviews often, but this place deserves it. Ordered 2 shaved ice, 2 milk tea for 4 of us. Party of 6 behind us ordered their drinks after we ordered ours. Guess what? I checked out several shave ice places in Honolulu. This one came at the recommendation of a local, and it was AMAZING! It was the only one that served fresh fruit, the toppings were delicious, and they always throw in a free iced tea which is the BEST iced tea!!! I seriously don’t know how there isn’t a line out the door at this place. It’s tucked on a side street near SALT, and doesn’t have fancy signage, so it’s easily missed.
