Cafe Tadka — Restaurant in Honolulu

If you're expecting the typical curry and naan, this is NOT the place to go to! Instead, this IS the street food of Southern India! We ordered the Panjabi Samosa Chaat, Chicken Lollipop, and the Chef Special Dosa (also can't forget the Mango Lassi). The food was super delicious and definitely a nice cafe to stop by if you're feeling the Dosa craving. The server was also really nice, explaining the food and it's origins. Yay so happy to have dosa on Oahu! The dahi puri and chili paneer were also yummy (though I would have welcomed more spice!). Service was great, food was flavorful and definitely worth coming back for, and hope this place does well because there's no one else serving these dishes!
