Finally decided to give this place a try because of the beef tomato noodles poster on the window :) The restaurant itself is very high tech, you go in, scan QR code for the menu and place your order directly online. You can choose to either pay at the end or complete the transaction online. And then the waiters will come by to bring you the food. We ordered 2 noodles and 3 sides. My fav dish was the pork dumplings. The skin not too thin but thick enough so there's a chew to it. Generously portioned and lathered with their special sauce. It's not spicy but has a chili and sweet kick to it. The beef pancake roll was good too. The skin was flaky and crispy and the beef inside was tender enough and not over cooked to the point where it's dry and hard to chew. The pickled cucumber did not come as pictured on the menu and felt like it was pickled a tad tooo long where the cucumber doesn't really look fresh anymore. A tad more sour than what I thought it would be. Spare ribs noodle - we got the none spicy option from the menu (they had non-spicy, little spicy and very spicy) but even with non-spicy it came spicy. Waiter said the broth is already a spicy broth to begin with so even w non-spicy you should expect some. It's not too bad and as someone who can't really eat spicy food without milk nearby, this non-spicy level spicy was tolerable with water. The tomato beef noodles were decent. I wished the tomato taste was stronger. The beef was tender enough but not as tender as Lam's kitchen or Sandy's cafe. They also have three noodle choices and we picked the thick noodles for both. We ordered extra noodles (free) with each bowl but I am not sure why one bowl came with soup and the other didn't I will come back again just for the dumplings :)

We came here for lunch on a Sunday. The service was pretty good-the waitress was sweet and attentive. The interior was cleanly, and it wasn't too busy around the time we went which was around noon. Food got to us relatively quickly. Parking is valet only, so you'll have to pay a small parking fee when you arrive, though not unreasonable depending on how long you stay (between $4.00 - $6.00). The only reason I'm giving it a 3/5 is because the food was not to my liking, though not because of anything they did wrong but because of my own perception prior to coming there. As a ramen lover, I went here off a recommendation from a friend (who also thought this was a ramen shop based on the photos). I got the sichuan noodles with pork and a fried egg. I was disappointed with my dish because I wasn't aware the dish I ordered did not come with broth which heavily offset the taste for me. That, and I'm really not a fan of the fried egg in my noodles since my tastes are usually adjusted for the boiled egg you get in a ramen bowl. The Mung Bean soup they serve you when you first sit down was another thing I wasn't prepared for. I misheard the waitress and thought she said "Miso Soup" when she brought it over, so I was not prepared for the cold sweet liquid that hit my mouth a few seconds later. All in all, the food isn't bad if you like Chinese Noodles and it was definitely a new experience for me to try. However, if you normally eat ramen and walk in with a "ramen-mindset", then you are in for a rude awakening.

We came here specifically for the pork dumplings and the hot and sour soup wontons and both did not disappoint. The pork dumplings had the fresh and thin skin (you can tell they're fresh and not the frozen ones) with a lightly sweet and spicy soup sauce. The wontons had the same thin and fresh skin where it did not break right away when you picked it up nor did it few like you're biting into a 5 inch thick skin. Both were cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a snack or just want to give these dumplings a try, I would suggest getting a side of the noodles. Goes great with the dumplings! We also got the scallion pancake wrapped beef - delicious and not too greasy like many other places. You can order and pay from your phone. In lieu of water, they give you a cup of green bean dessert soup (very light and cold) that pairs well with the food and cleanses your pallet. I've booked marked this spot to come again next time I visit!

If you are looking for delicious spicy food this is the place. There is spicy food for hot and cold weather... basically spicy food for all year round.

For those who are not into spicy food there are deliciously dished for you as well. The tomato beef stew noodles would be a good recommendation. It's like a beef tomato broth with the chinese noodles, tomato, and beef chunks.

During covid-19, they added plastic screens between each table. There is a contactless temperature stand at the door; and hand sanitizer as well. Ordering is now done with a QRC scan. You scan the code to get your menu and you can order from there - no app to download. If you have multiple people in your party, everyone can can and delete dishes on the ordering site... based on the QR code everyones page updates in real time. Once you select an item you can order, add more, and checkout all on the site. They bring your food, come to refill water, and bring take out boxes as needed. If you perfer not to us the website to pay, you have the option to select pay at resturant.

Enjoyed coming here before Covid-19, but now during these times feel happy that we can enjoy the delicious food in a...
