Not a Döner at all. I usually never review anything but this was so bad and misleading I had to do it. I'm from Germany living on Hawaii and in an attempt to cure my homesickness I just ended up mourning the money I spent on it. It's not only not a Döner, it's especially not a Berlin style Döner which city I've been to multiple times. It's insanely dry, overpriced and doesn't have any of the flavors that are supposed to be in one and just taste terrible over all. It's very sad to think that people that are not from Germany or have never been might think this is what it actually tastes like. On top of that a girl working the front tried to explain to us that my husband and I are wrong in calling the sandwich a Döner because it's the meat rotating that is called a Döner and not the sandwich itself. The food is really good. Tasty, flavorful & the sauces are amazing. The service however was extremely off putting. The cashier was extremely rude as we were asking simple questions. The menu says plates include “veg” and one member in our group asked if it was salad. The cashier rudely responded that it’s written right up there on the menu. Um “veg” does not necessarily mean salad. We then asked about how long it would take for our order. Cashier responded with “I wish I knew”.
