Seated quickly since the restaurant was empty but took us flagging the server down to get our order. Servers attitude was pretty bad and she seemed annoyed to answer my question about the size of the food. We ordered 2 ramen combos and a chicken katsu. The server repeated our order back to us and said "ramen combo 2 times and a chicken katsu" We said that was correct and she put the order in. Ramen combo came out first and we started eating. A few minutes later she brings out a chicken katsu curry/rice plate. We look confused and said we didn't order that and that we just ordered a chicken katsu, no curry/rice. She looked angry and said that we ordered that. We denied ever ordering it and she said she could double check the ticket. We told her again that we only ordered the chicken katsu. She gave us the most obvious eye roll, sighed, and walked back to the kitchen. A little after, the person working the front who sat us brought the chicken katsu. She would be helping our table for the rest of the meal.

Ramen was decent. Nothing really outstanding. 7/10 The gyoza was a luke warm at most and tasted like the frozen ones. 5/10 Fried rice was surprisingly pretty good. If you ever had the fried rice from the more closed Tenkaippin it was like a slightly less flavorful version of that. 7/10 The chicken katsu was on par with L&L. 6/10

I know working as a server can be tough, but jeez, at least wait until you turn around to eye roll. You might assume we were rude or something to warrant that but I can assure you we weren't.

I will not be coming back here. I'd happily go to kahala mall or drive 10 minutes to a...

8/2023 Was so good, I came two days in a row. Without a doubt, there are quite a few good Ramen places in Honolulu. One of my favorites succumbed to hard times, which was sad. This place has been here since the mall opened, and I decided to take a Japanese friend for lunch. Simple, quick, delicious, and inobtrusive. I was impressed with the variety of offerings. We had the mini ramen combination, which allows you a little variety. Food was really ono, and it's a convenient place to get your fix on. I should be able to get through most of the menu by the end of the year. 😋😉🤙✌️

9/2023 Addicting. Price, location, and quick service are on point! 😉🤙✌️

4/2024 It's still a great, reasonable find. Great value, quick and friendly service, convenient location. The variety of offers and specials on the menu give you flexibility choices. I'm not a Ramen guy, but this place continues to rock. 😉🤙✌️

This place is terrible, the person I spoke too was very rude when I explained that there packaging of my food was bad she acted like it wasn't there fault. I ordered threw doordash and when I received my food as soon as I turned around the package ripped and my ramen spilled all over the ground. When I explained that they tried to blame doordash and wanted me to drive to there restaurant to get a new order. Why should I when I just paid someone to bring me my food, waste my time and gas for the restaurants mistake. Plus my father is ill and that's why we use these delivery services. I will not eat here again and no matter how good someone's food is the customer service should come first, this is t how you treat paying customers. Shame...

Staff are super nice, very helpful and attentive with great service minded and beautiful smiles. My boyfriend ordered a spicy beef udon and it was a little bit too spicy for him ( the soup was perfect but my bf rarely have the spicy food 😂) The staff came and offer to put more soup in there and kept checking if that was okay for him. We were impressed by that. Thank you so much. Btw I ordered Tan Tan ramen. The portion was huge but I finished it! Yummy! Thai tea is good too, if you like strong tea which I do. We had green tea cheesecake to finish off our meal. It was great! :)

I’ve been several times to dine in and order the same meals and it’s been good. Today I have a majorly as I ordered take out and I’m disappointed in the complaint at the size and how they are taking advantage that the customer cannot see his meal before he gets home. It was made for a child for $20.00! C’mon look at the spoon next to the size of the unagi.Absolutely, unacceptable! I’m going to tell everyone and you can make your own decision! * I don’t mind paying if it’s decent but not for 2 bite size Unagi.
