Yohei Sushi was a wonderful dining experience. It was a wow moment the minute you walked in. You feel like you're in an upscale restaurant right away. The decor was tastefully done and very well designed.

The service was friendly, attentive, and professional. We sat in the dining room, but the service staff made sure you were very well taken care of.

The quality of the sushi and entree's were delicious and beautifully displayed. Every piece of sushi was high quality, so it makes me wonder how good the omakase at the counter would've been. My wife ordered the Miso Cod entree and tempura plate. Both were very well done. They had a promotion which offered us a free beverage for both alcohol and non-alcoholic, and buy one piece, get one free for certain sushi. I loved how they brought out my kid's sushi first. It shows they care about the customer. The matcha brownie was interesting and decadent. I don't normally order dessert so it was a nice treat.

A magical journey of local ingredients creatively curated to perfection! We did the Omakase menu for two birthdays. It was a private experience with just us, the executive chef and a substantial staff who made us feel special and celebrated. All I can say is the service was top of the line and in Japanese style. Our dining experience at Yohei Sushi Kahala was amazing. Beginning from the constant communication from Kent and Kim, accommodating our large party & taking care of any food restrictions, to the final dish & goodbye at the door, the entire experience was exceptional.
