That was the “brownie batter” the second time I asked. I did a noble order and it wasn’t done on time, no they were not busy at all, I had to tell them that my mobile order was up there cause the girl kept skipping it over. The lady had to tell her what it was on the screen that I ordered and once she mixed it I told her that that does not look like what is on the screen at all for how it’s supposed to look. Like it was just plain ice cream with chocolate streaks in it. After I had her mix it even more and she added more to the top, it came out like this still not mixed. Yes I did eat it but cause it is real hot outside. As I was eating it there was bits of just vanilla ice cream. Not happy with the service whatsoever. It was like the girl wasn’t even trained.

As many previous reviewers have stated, better hand over your wallets when you come here. Yea, it’s convenient for a nice cold treat on the beach but you gonna pay for it. For a small and medium blizzard, it cost us $18 and change. We live on island so we won’t be returning, but I guess if tourists are willing to pay, they’ll keep taking your money. 🤣 Also, don’t worry about responding DQ. I don’t really care what you have to say about taking people to the bank for ice cream.

***$$$$$**** Hand over your wallet at this DQ. I've sunk about $200 into this DQ over the years and it doesn't take much ro rack up a bill. My peanut buster parfait is $5.50 in the mainland, but here it is over $11.00 and still taste the same. Hours are good but line is ALWAYS long in the evenings. Skip the food and go for the ice cream.

This dairy queen is located at the Hilton H. Village and is by far the worst I have seen in my life. The service is absolutely bad and the cashier is rude. I hadn't even finished my order or sentence and she asks 3 times if its completed. She takes the money aggressively and doesn't seem to want to work at all. I am 35 years old and this is not my first interaction with a human and I swear it was sad / terrible at the same time. There are several other options nearby that are local and give you a bit of Aloha during your vacation. If you have trouble doing your job (smiling to people and making ice cream) i mean maybe you should quit your job or at least try .. total cost 25 usd for 2 blizzards is also painful on the wallet! I do not recommend this Dairy Queen and deplore the service...

I want to start out by saying when your staff doesn't understand how important proper customer service is to your business, there is an issue; when a guest realizes their order doesn't taste as it normally would at another Dairy Queen; the professional thing to do is listen to the guest and address the concerns instead of laugh and tell them I don't can't fix it due to company policy. My family member ordered a Pineapple Mango smoothie that did not taste blended and not fresh. I ordered a Blizzard it tasted alright. This Dairy Queen is convenient right along the beach on a hot day but can be tricky to find as it faces the beach and below the Hilton...
