I have visited this location twice since I've move to area & the first time dining there I had bad experience with long wait just to order as well as long wait to get food. 11-27-18 I went to eat at my favorite place JACK IN THE BOX and experienced THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced ever!! I patiently waited in line waiting to place an order for food & got ignored by front counter worker for over 5 minutes. As I finally had a chance to place order I asked 1 SIMPLE question and the worker didn't understand me speaking clear english, so I asked to speak to manager standing 5 feet away from me but once again got ignored. So I raised my voice to get attention of manager & all I got after 3 request was the manager turn her head to me real quick to SNAP AT ME by SHOUTING "I'M BUSY" so I noticed a sign that said call customer service and speak to a District Manager so after complaint I recieved a free meal. (I would have rather paid for my meal and receive great customer service compared to the free meal with HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!) I witnessed customers constantly leaving due to nobody trying to take order. I read another review that said if you want fast service go to drive thru seeing nobody cares to take orders at front counter. 3/16/25 - placed an order and paid in the mobile app. Go through drive thru and lady (?) at the speaker just says “we’re closed”. So I said okay, I already paid for a mobile order. What do I do? 30 seconds later and she says “I’m not available”. Honestly, she both struggled with basic English and communication skills, but she also sounded drunk or very stoned on drugs. Finally just left because it was like trying to ask a mop bucket a question.
But this experience isn’t the only reason for this review. It’s that this is the consistent level of absolutely horrendous service from this location. Shame on me for ever giving them the chance to ‘do better next time’… because they’ve never improved. I don’t know how any of their staff could even get through a job interview and communicate well enough to get hired and that speaks to the substandard management and franchisee.
This was the last chance. I will NOT go to this location again. I may not have the highest standards… as demonstrated by even eating their food, but this location can’t even come close to meeting the standard of service that customers...
