If I were able to give this location no stars, I would. My husband and I went to the drive-thru at 8:00p.m., Monday November 25, 2024 and ordered our food after a long day of work. We had limited amount of money in our card, so we made sure to order what we could pay for. When we stood at the window, Ashlyn (the window personnel taking the orders) took our card and swiped it. We received our food, and the card back without a receipt. We inquired on our receipt, and we checked our bank it showed as pending. Ashlyn said the card declined. I kept explaining to her that Jack's had indeed taken the payment and that because it's a Credit Union, it takes up to 24 hours to clear. Ashlyn rudely stated that she doesn't know what to say, because it might be their system but to give her the card again. I explained that it will decline because they've already taken the payment and it's being processed. She said it will clear and come back to our account. I said, no it won't. We gave her the card a second time, and she swiped it and it declined, just how I advised her it would. She rudely stated that she doesn't know what else to say, but she has to clear the food. My husband and I gave all the food back, and her and her coworkers laughed at us. All the while, the drive-thru line grew longer. Today, Tuesday, November 26, 2024, we checked our bank and it cleared. Jack's took the payment. After what had occurred yesterday and the emotional distress that I obtained from this incident, I pray that no one goes through this type of incident.
I've filed 2 complaints with Jack In The Box online, and am waiting for them to get back to me, so I can report the unprofessionalism that their employees had at this location...
Read moreI went there to grab a quick bite after running around all day with nothing to eat. Since I had to use the restroom I walked in. I was the only person at the counter where I was ignored for the better part of 10 minutes. There was another party of 3 eating at the time and they said to me they were ignored for a while as well.
There was 2 cars in the drive through and 3 employees working during a not so busy almost dead night. It got to the point where I literally had to jump up and down and yell and shout to get even 1 person to acknowledge my presence. And by that time I had lost my appetite and just requested to use the bathroom which I was in desperate need of relief and still waited another few minutes and had to shout again to remind them I was there and waiting. During that whole time I was not greater, ignored when trying to politely get someone's attention and not even asked if I wanted to order or an apology for the wait. If I didn't shout out and threaten to urinate right there at the counter even though my squirming and dancing around made it obvious I would have still been standing there being ignored. I will never go...
Read moreI work in the area, all of these reviews are true. Random opening and closing of the dining area. If you have no car and the dining room is closed you have have to walk through the drive through to get your food if you have an online order.
I understand that customers in the dining area are the lowest priority because there is no timers on having a customer in the dining room vs the drive through. Now dining room customers ALSO have lower priority than online orders through the app, or even orders through food delivery services.
I know times are busy and staff is limited, but at least acknowledge the customers waiting to order rather than trying your hardest not too look in their direction. I stood waiting for 5 minutes while workers were bustling around doing something. None of them said hello or please wait, and in fact I was cut by someone wanting to do a pickup. While they were figuring out the pickup persons situation I just left because again no acknowledgment.
There was also a large box of human feces out on their sidewalk.
I have no desire to ever return to...
