Kevin's Kitchen is my new favorite Chinese restaurant. My family and I celebrated the Autumn Festival there this past Monday. We were initially hesitant, fearing the quality and food would be just like every other Chinese restaurant in Hawaii.

My family and I will be returning soon to try their...
