I'm a bit confused, for my Acai bowl I tried to substitute blueberries for strawberries, but there is a charge (same priced item). So then I tried to substitute blueberries for mango (lesser cost item) and also a charge. Are substitutions no longer available without a charge? It's a bit odd that I can't substitute a $1.50 item for a $1.00 item with out a charge? If I'm choosing the lesser cost item, wouldn't I be saving your company money. Yet, you want to charge an additional fee for a lesser cost item? Sorry, I just don't understand the new pricing.
