I've been a frequent customer for many years for their variety and prices. On my last visit on Tuesday 8/26 I purchased a crack seed bag that I didn't realize had a hole in it. It leaked into the bag on my way home. I came back today and asked for an exchange. The sales person asked for the reciept, but I unfortunately didn't have it anymore. I gave him my name, confirmed the date of purchase, and gave my credit card number so he could check. He couldn't find my purchase. The male associate in a pink shirt and long hair told me he couldn't do an exchange without proof of purchase. Who else (meaning which other store) would I have purchased this from?! I ended up buying more snacks as I was on a deadline, but never again. Horrible customer service for a defective product and horrible business model. When we opened the bag, 2/3 of it were pineapple core which were so hard that we could not even eat it. I felt so disappointed at this experience. Just want to share to help others who are new to the island. The mango slice is good! I wish I bought...

I just stood there in awkward silent for a few minutes.... They were too consumed with inventory to even care that a sale for something important walk out. Way better help from tx max & whole foods putting a...
