Quiznos — Restaurant in Honolulu

Food overall tasted decent, but overly saucy and less meat than I was expecting on the Steak sandwich. Main problem was the service and attitude given by the workers. Ordering was by two kiosks which was functional, but the workers failed to either update the kiosk or notify us of missing items. We had ordered chicken noodle soup, which was available on the kiosk, but once our sandwich arrived THEN they notified us that they had no more soup. Rather than offering a refund, they simply argued they had “announced” it (which they did not in our time being there) and forced us to grab a nearby drink or chip which we did not want. The blame was put on us and it wasn’t until we left with a bag of chips that they decided to put out a sign of missing items. Unbelievable. I walked all the way across the entire airport just to go to this Quiznos at 7:30 pm and it was closed. I checked the hours on the website and on all the airport maps which showed it supposed to close at 10:30 pm. Looking at the other reviews it looks like this is a constant problem with the owner replying "any changes to our operating hours should immediately be updated on all available platforms. We'll get right on it right away." for over a year now. Looks like the owner is giving empty promises instead of changing the hours. DO NOT TRUST THEIR...

(I tried to get a Sandwich after coming back from big island. Showed up on Wednesday at 5:50pm. Shop was closed up, no access. They need to put correct times online. I have no idea when they are open. )

The only quiznos I can find in Hawaii. You need to either be in the wing of the airport that has it, or have a long time before your flight to reach it. Automated ordering screen but the sandwiches are just as good as I remember for toasted subs. Much better...
