From high praises to low praises was just charged and received a receipt yet no food because the system failed or someone cancelled. I didn't cancel and I was charged. No answers no apologies. Just round and round. Got hung up on...on purpose and had to call back. I have health issues makes no sense I have to go through all this .This evening like you all messed up. Acknowledge it and make it right nope instead you would rather be un- professional and un-helpful. Will be calling corporate and will be reporting this. This is theft and deceit. You charged me...took my money and refused to give me my food...an apology or any kindness at all. Than keep saying Doordash,Uber and mobile orders are all the same because there third party. Smh learn your systems and know how to do your job like I have worked in food before. If my customer had a receipt I would do the right thing. Which is to apologize offer a refund or just give me what was ordered. Like dayshift is great here first time ordering this late never again. Will drive elsewhere just ridiculous night and day LITERALLY smfh from my previous experiences that I talk about below. Do better and be better!

I arrived in line at my local Wendy's at 10:17a.m. My son and I were there for his first try of Combo#7 the Baconator Breakfast sandwich. 3 minutes into our wait in the drive through line, as none of the orders had been taken we were wondering what was wrong. In fact the voice box was silent until a gentleman appeared from the rear door of the establishment and proceeded to flip the menus to lunch at 10:20. Which is 10 minutes early! There were 5 of us in line and I'm number 4. The first 2 cars speak to the box and pull off without ordering. The truck in front of me was pissed I could see and hear. I finally had my turn and we spoke as the tears welled up in my kids eyes and the voice box told us it would not serve breakfast to us mere minutes before actual listed cut off time. I asked indignantly about the time that everyone could see. I heard the crew member asking the manager about it and was denied. At this point I requested the name of the manager facilitating this travesty. I was refused and told to move along. I was holding the line up. I hate this Wendy's normally because historically the food sucks and the service is worse. That freaking baconator combo was worth the risk.    Read moreHorrible experience. We were met with scowls instead of smiles from two punks at the drive in window. Paid with a $50 bill and exact change, yet had to wait 10 minutes since neither had the password (I presume to the register?). These two showed absolutely no understanding of customer service - I suspect one was 'training' the other, but neither seemed to know what to do, nor care about the long line of cars backing up, except to shut the window and turn their backs to us. When we decided enough was enough and demanded our money back, we were told 'too late, the money's already in the safe.' And when we suggested they need to learn what customer service was, we were met by foul mouthed cussing (in front of our young kids). We pulled forward and asked to speak to the manager - explained what happened and she said she was the cause of the password delay (because she was in the bathroom). Judging from her expression, and from all the other negative reviews, I doubt anything will be done to address the problem with the hired help - who not only didn't give a receipt but gave the wrong change and I had to point it out to them. The food? While the fries were decent, the cheeseburger was just disgusting. There used to be a time where you were held accountable for your actions ... hopefully Wendy's corporate will think about cleaning out the trash...
