I've been around the USA. I was surprised to find the WORST DD in beautiful Hot Springs. Recently relocated here...and should we decide to do a DD franchise you'll close in a WEEK. Why ? For one, it would be CLEAN. We'd offer the 3 bags of whole bean for 19.99 that every other DD does. Every single time you walk in instead of drive thru...it's like part of their training...they ignore you at the counter. Staff spends a lot of time on phones and talking amongst themselves. Fire half, and pay the remainder more. They know they are the ONLY DD around...so they are lax. In Clermont FL, there are 5 DD in a 15 mile radius. They compete for business, and they ALL do it right. Being the only one here they should be slammed busy all the time and the franchise holder wealthy....that's no crime. Whenever I see this DD, knowing what it could be makes me want to quit retirement. For now I'll hit paradise donuts when the owner is working, and make...

Very negative environment, six people in line and only one worker willing to help. The second associate came to help, with her hands in her sweat pants, and neither associate followed food/service guidelines. Neither washed their hands and neither wore gloves before helping customers with ice cream orders. Very disappointed at the workers response when I asked if she could put her gloves on after grabbing a waffle cone and wanted to fill it with ice cream. she proceeded to tell her peers on the walkie she just got asked to put her gloves on. Im sure she said more than she yelled just ready to go home. Please teach your associates proper food handling.
