We went here on a cold cloudy day. We enjoyed the food throughly. It was beyond our expectations. Everything was warm and delicious. This is the first time we ever had nehari outside and it nailed our taste pallet. Very yummy and full of flavor. It did not have any slimy texture ( from the over use of corn flour slurry) and the meat was soft and delicious. The puri paratha was gone within seconds which prompted us to order another one. We had garlic naan and that was good too. The garlic and cilantro on the top was enough and visible and great to taste. Beef Bihari kabab tasted amazing. However, it didn’t have any smoke to it if it was done on the grill. I didn’t like the chicken roll. It was oily and soggy. The chicken inside was ok. There was not veggie inside. Just the chicken. Lassi both sweet and non sweet was good too. The mango lassi tasted like store bought mango pulp mixed with dairy. It was not that good if you know what authentic mango lassi tastes like. The service was ok. Our main entree came before the chicken roll !!! The girl who took our order always seemed be in a rush. I mean she would take the order and hastily turn which made her hair flip too. Every time the same thing happened. Moreover, she did not check on with us until we held our hand up gesturing at her to request another puri paratha. We also inquired about the chicken roll. It came while we were indulging the nehari and kabab and lost interest in the roll. I think they should note this down. Bathroom is separate for both gender. Bathroom is clean but wet. The walkways to the bathroom is separate with a door. I appreciate this. The walk way for some reasons is decked with cleaning products !!! Parking is horrible on this side of the area. We luckily found a spot. However, i did not see any parking for our special needs friends. I was in total disbelief and looked around for a while thinking i might have missed it or the sign must have weathered. Nope, did not see any. All in all do try it here....

HORRIBLE customer service. I will never ever go back to this place. Our server Mujtaba out right ATTACKED me after we complained about an extremely minor miscommunication on the servers part. Basically he said there’s a higher charge for the deal vs just one order of biryani. We assumed like anywhere else you go that when there’s a buy one get one deal you just have to buy one and the other one is free??? But the server never said that it costs extra for the deal so when we asked for the free one they said “oh that’s a different punch in our system” so we were so confused because we didn’t know we have to specify we wanted the deal. Then when we were VERY calmly trying to talk it he situation out with the manager I think our server felt attacked so he said and I quote “I am not your servant I am a server, I have been watching you and your mannerisms for some time and they are very bad” when I did nothing to act in this way at all Mind you he said all of this IN FRONT of the manager and the manager did nothing to apologize. This was an attack on my character which should never ever in any circumstance be done especially to anyone. I would never ever assume anyone is inferior to me I can’t believe this happened to me because me and my family were very calmly eating our food until everything happened and I would like to add that me and my family didn’t even cause a scene in the restaurant this entire conversation was done without yelling. My apology but we were so disappointed last night i told gentlemen please give us nalli and maghaz separate but he poured them on top of are paya dish and when I told him please change it he said I can take out from top I said no my kids and wife don't eat nalli and maghaz but he didn't do it than I told him to bring another 1 paya nihari without nalli maghaz for some reason he was extremely slow on things may be he was new there and also I told him ladies restroom is extremely smelled and lots of water he said cleaning person is not here today I don't think he should say that instead clean it right away than I told ok can ladies use mens restroom because they need to use the restroom and mens restroom was lock I asked him 6 to 7 time and he was not opening the mens restroom because it was locked and than he called someone if can let us use other restroom if I was alone there which would be ok no issue but my sister and her 2 daughters was visiting us from New Jersey and they were really upset and also regular nihari gravy was good but beef boti inside that dish was smelled bad and blue so we have to stop eating and leave because everyone was not happy at all we had good experience last time but this time very upset and he did charge me whole amount which was$93.58 please have the enough people at the restaurant sorry for any inconvenient but I had to submit this review so it can be better for the future have...
