Bijan Persian Grill — Restaurant in Houston

I would actually give this place NO stars! Unless you want to be yelled at by a worthless waitress on your birthday i suggest you dont go here! Today we went to bijan for my friends birthday, and its mothers day it was soo busy, so we all expected our food to be late. An hour later we had no food! Two of our other friends that were there got tired of waiting and left. We told our waitress that hey its been an hour and we have no food, her response was well what do you expect me to do, im just a waitress.We were about to walk out but right then the manager came and apologized and right after bought us our food...which was COLD and was missing so many things. One of my friends didnt even get his food! the waitress told him they ran out of chicken..??? Our waitress never came back to check to see how we were doing didn't even bother to fill up our water jug. When we told the manager that our food was missing the butter, instead of the waitress the manager was taking care of us! When we told the manager our food was cold instead of making us fresh food like professionals, they actually just microwaved our food. Then came the part of the bill, which we didn't get 30 mins after we asked for our bill. My sister noticed that our waitress was putting all of the food on one bill, she told the waitress next to her to tell our waitress to put in separate bills, our waitress made a very disgusting face to that. When our waitress finally bought us our bills with her gratitude included, my sister told her take this tip off im not gonna tip you, you didn't even serve us today. Our waitress told us "Well it is a busy day everyone got there food late and still everyone payed" my sister told her that its not fair that we have to pay for not even being served. The waitress started yelling at my sister in a loud voice, "ok if your not gonna pay your bill then just leave". Then the birthday boy for whom the dinner was for told her Why do we have to pay you when you did not even serve us, our food is cold one of us didnt even get his food we got it after soo long then whats the tip for? That waitress started yelling at him...on his birthday..she yells at her customer...thats the kind of service bijan provides they hire people who should be working at Mc Donald's. My friend (the birthday boy) is honestly the nicest people you will ever meet but this guy had to get loud because our waitress was being soo rude and yelling at us, which caused the whole restaurant to stop and stare at our table. She walked away mumbling cuss words under her breath, then the manager and owner of the restaurant come to our table to ask about what is going on we explained everything and they just said "I will talk to her" another waiter comes to our table to solve the matter and was very kind and so were the other waiters and waitresses, except the one we ended up getting. At the end we ended up paying our bill no discount no nothing was given to us to compensate for our time that was wasted. We bought a cake and the candles that light up once you blow them out which we couldn't get to because it took too long to get our food and our waitress was yelling at us. and instead of the usual/normal customer service rule where the customer is always right, they defended and took side of our waitress! Never. Ever will me or my friends go back to this place, and seriously there are wayyy many more beter places in houston that have good food AND service dont waste your time at this restaurant, its REALLY not that worth it!

Oh and i never write reviews on any place..this is my first and WORSE service EVER! I go out alot and i have seen good service this is by far the worst service ever! I wish i knew the name of our waitress to warn you about her but unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag. Oh and we were not the only one that complained about her that night another table pointed her out infront of me...but the management...

I've been the loyal customer since the day it has been open :-)! The food is very healthy and delicious and worth every penny of it :-)! But, some of the food item the main course is a little too pricey :-(! But no matter what you order it always come out delicious :-)! There is one particular waiter we love to ask for his name is Tony he has the most greatest customer service compared to any of their employees and he has worked there for many years and I just think they should promote him and give him a manager position also and train other employees how to treat other customers also he also deserve a raise and a pay vacations and great benefits like health insurance or 401K things like that there and restaurants that I go to he is so sincere and have fantastic memory which we normally pay more than 20% of tip because of his service we just adore him :-)! So please ask for him and that I sent y'all to him as your waiter :-)! I am not sure this gentleman is the manager or the owner but he is very grateful man and very sincere and great customer service also :-)! I always order the lamb and hummus and sweet tea which is very delicious I never get tired of ordering it :-)! I used to order lamb chops Grill it always come out perfect and tender but it's a little too high price so I would order the lamb pieces number 24 and I still enjoy it for a lower price:-)! But, if I was filthy rich I'll go back to the lamb chops :-)! You can hold a banquet or party or even a private meeting because they have different section and rooms you could go to:-)! They have a TV you can enjoy to watch or you can sit out the door and enjoy especially during the fall weather and if you can handle the coldness of the winter you can sit out there too they have a waterfall there which I think it's very romantic and enjoyable :-)! They also have a variety of dessert to choose from :-)! You can bring your babies and kids over there too :-)! Sometime I could see police officer eats there anyone is very welcome it doesn't matter what color skin you have or race everybody is very welcome and you will not regret eating there because it is so delicious :-)! StoryLine: You know when you go to a place for the first time to experience it, you really don't know what to expect !!

So me and my friends from the minute we walked in till we left, we've enjoyed every minute there - that we even lost sense of time Lol 😄

Time We've spent: Around 3hrs & 1/2 but only felt like an hour or so. True and unique fact about (Time & Space Relation) That Good & Enjoyable times go by fast (an hour feels like 10 or 15 mins) VS unenjoyable times (an hour might feel like forever to go by)

At BIJAN Restaurant, this is how exactly time flies by. We've recommended this place to many people and others who like to discover new places to eat and spend quality time (our families, coworkers, even to our family & Primary care doctors Lol 😄 furthermore to our service providers)

And with no EXCEPTIONS , All commented back on how AMAZING this restaurant was.
