At Carrabba’s Italian Grill, every meal feels like a slow dance between pleasure and indulgence. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and just a little bit decadent—a place where every bite is a kiss, every flavor a caress. From the moment you take your seat, you know you’re about to embark on a sensory journey that will awaken your deepest cravings.
The Tuscan-Grilled Sirloin is a revelation. Grilled to perfection, the steak is juicy, its charred exterior giving way to a tender, succulent interior. Each bite is a bold declaration of flavor, its savory richness intensified by the smoky embrace of the grill. It’s the kind of dish that lingers on your palate, drawing you in for just one more, tantalizing taste.
As a seductive complement to the sirloin, the Parmesan Truffle Fries arrive crisp, golden, and decadent. Dusted with a fine layer of Parmesan and kissed by the earthy aroma of truffle, they’re not merely an accompaniment—they’re an experience all their own. With each bite, the crunch gives way to an indulgent creaminess, a perfect balance of salty, savory, and luxurious.

Read moreThe last two times I've gone to Carrabba's I have been highly disappointed in the staff. The hostess literally rolled her eyes at us when we walked in one night, about 40 minutes before closing. No greeting, sat us with an attitude. That was about 2 weeks ago. Saturday night, I sat at the bar. Took awhile for the bartender to ask me what I wanted to drink. I said, "water" and he served me that without asking if I needed a menu. Got his attention and asked for one. Was never offered bread. I had to tell him I was ready to order. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, but I had to listen to 3 employees go on about how much they didn't want to be there and shooting the breeze while patrons were waiting. I witnessed a very upset couple, sitting at a booth right behind the bar seating. They had ordered Tito's but never even received water or bread, nor their drinks. The lady approached the bar and was told one of the boys needed to go get the right kind of glasses. That boy stood there talking for awhile, then disappeared. The lady came back to the bar and said she didn't care what kind of glass, just get them their drinks! The bartender pours room temp Tito's into glasses. No ice, no chilling - nothing. I requested my check after waiting too long and got out of there. I looked for a face of authority but didn't find one. I won't be going...

Today was one of those sweet, sunshine-filled days that I’ll treasure forever — all thanks to a spontaneous lunch date with my grandmother at Carrabba’s. We’d heard about their new Spring Shrimp Scampi and couldn’t resist giving it a try. And let me just say — wow. Light, buttery, and kissed with lemon, the shrimp were perfectly cooked, dancing in a delicate garlic wine sauce over angel hair pasta. It tasted like spring on a plate!
Grandma, being the meatball connoisseur she is, couldn’t pass up their Lunch Meatball Sandwich — and honestly, we ended up splitting both dishes so we could enjoy the best of both worlds. That sandwich was pure comfort food magic: hearty, juicy meatballs nestled in a warm, crusty roll, smothered in marinara and melty cheese. We were in Italian heaven.
We laughed, we shared bites, we argued (playfully) over who got the last shrimp, and finished off with their mini cannoli for dessert — crisp, creamy perfection!
Carrabba’s gave us more than just a meal today. It gave us a memory wrapped in garlic, sunshine, and love. Highly recommend the new shrimp scampi before the season ends — and don’t forget to bring someone special to...
