We come here 1 to 2 times a week. We travel about 15 minutes from North Houston to get here. The quality has gone down, way down, in the past 6 months or so. The tea brand has been changed which, besides the flour tortillas, was our favorite thing. It has a strong funny taste to it now. No amount of limes or sugar can cover the taste. The salsa bar is never consistant either. The pico is never full and is frozen when it gets low. It also has more cilantro than anything else leaving a taste in your mouth. The tortillas use to be big and hot. They were so good. Now, they're being measured, leaving them small and difficult to put meat, eggs and potatoes in. The sitting area is left with trays of trash on random tables and food particles on the floor. No one has been in to clean it up in the 45 minutes we've been sitting here. Normally, I would tell this to management or the owner, but the website has no email to contact and when I've tried calling the number, no one answers. So from now on, we're taking our buisness to Cracker Barrel, Another Broken Egg, The Egg and I or La Madaline. Let me break it down in numbers for you. 20$ each time we come in, times 2 per week =40. Times 4 for the month. So 720 a year from one customer.

I went to Chachos because I had a taste for some nachos. It took me 25 minutes to get there and 25 minutes to get home. I was so excited to get my nachos and I couldn't wait to get home to enjoy them. I noticed when I took them out the bag there was nachos cheese in the bag. So I just wiped the bottom of the to go box and began putting on my Pico, jalapeños, etc. I picked up the box and had to wipe it again. The cheese had made it's way back out of the box. I finally got the nachos prepped the way I liked and headed to my patio to have lunch. I grabbed a few napkins and put them in my hand underneath the togo box. Thank God I did, I finally realized why I can't remove the cheese from the bottom of the box. The box was split all the way to the bottom so the cheese was slipping out. So now I decided to tilt the box backwards so the cheese wouldn't run out. I finally got to my first bite and was so disappointed that the chips were stale. I am not traveling another 25min to return this. It is just sad that a Houston staple is now off the list. Also, nobody answered the phone. I tried calling, but there was no answer. So I decided to add to all of the other negative reports.

Food is actually decent, and that is the only objective here! Staff is not trained on customer service, but they are doing the best they can, genuinely. I started placing the order, and the guy just disappeared. He came back 5min with "let's start over," lol. Then they came out to actually take the order, i guess their speaker system is not working well. Also, they have been closed down for dine-in for over 2 years now and they still have 2 lanes open, but one of them is actually open, - very confusing and you can waste time teying to wait at the other line only to find out it's not functioning. No sign or anything to tell you this, and to make matters worse, the line is on! They were also out of fish, so inventory management is non-existent. Despite poor service, this is Still a worthy stop for some food. Margaritas are Very strong, straight-up tequilla, so i got 1 for 2 people and felt great afterward.

Let me start off by saying that our company orders food from this location frequently. Today and last Saturday we call in and place an order for pick up. Last week when we ordered, the "manager" took our order and I was telling him what we would like and he kept cutting me off to yell, and I do mean yell, at one of the waitresses. I finally finished my order with him and he told me that it would be ready in 1 hour. When we got there to pick the food up, nobody could seem to find our order. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes so that they could make our food. Today we decided to give them another shot and we placed another order over the phone with a lady. I gave her the order and she said that she wrote it down and also wrote down that it was placed at 11:50am and that it would be ready in 40 minutes. We go to pick it up and they say that an order was never placed! My coworker calls to tell me that and I told him he must be at the wrong location, but he confirmed with me that he was in fact at the right location. He asks to speak with the manager and nobody comes to help him. I told him to just leave I guess since they said they never got the order and he would have to place another order and wait an additional 45 minutes for it to be ready. So, I call up there (from the phone number I placed the order from) and they picked up the phone and hung up right away. So I call again, and the same thing happens, they hang up on me. I then called right back from my cell phone this time and they answer right away. I ask to speak with the manager, and he finally comes to the phone and I tell him the issue and he says, "We never got an order from you. When you call to place an order make sure you ask to speak with the manager." I told him last week the same thing happened and I DID place the order with the manager. LONG STORY SHORT: These people are very unprofessional and do not care about their customers time/money. I DO NOT suggest anyone go to this place! You WILL be unhappy with...

This is probably the most disgusting establishment in north east Houston. As soon as I entered through the door, I was greeted with an aura of mildew and humidity along with a putrid smell of wet sponge. The restaurant is constantly dirty, and floors always slippery from grimey filth. The food is sloppy tex-mex style drunk people cuisine. Its so bad, that not even Mexicans eat there. Its sloppy, greasy, and badly assembled. The first time i bought a quesadilla there, i was given a 4lb pancake that wrapped a glop of white cheese and meat. Thats right, they used thick pancakes as tortillas. The staff look like they are on parole. They look rough and down to stab customers. The last time i was there, there was a huge scandal involving a squadron of police officers. I took video, and might even upload it if i can. A black woman was beat and dragged out of the restaurant by cops. Lol, they dragged her through the mildewy floor like a dead cow. The whole restaurant was yelling, laughing and being hysterical. Apparently the staff got into it with a customer. The staff is so hood, that they got into it with a pair of hostile black women. Then, they turned the matter over to the cops to finish them off. If this is the type of ambience your looking for, then this is your joint. Its filled with rowdy drunk idiots at night. It seriously feels dangerous when ordering inside. This is one scandalous place that serves trashy food from dirty staff. It caters to the after hours people that come from partying, so its not like their...

Last night, I order 2 steakhouse tacos with grilled onions, 4 crispy tacos, with 3 side order of guacamole. I was given the wrong order. Upon me coming back so they can correct my order, I explain to the young lady at the front counter the order was wrong, I had a bag with 8 steakhouse tacos, and 3 side order of sour cream, the lady who took my order in drive thur, told me they was out of guacamole! My order total was $25.42, looking at my receipt, she charged me for the guacamole @ $1.99 each!. The front counter lady gave one of the mangers my receipt to correct my order, then she gave me back the bag of steakhouse tacos, told me I can gave them to the homeless! REAL!!! OK After my supposedly, corrected order was ready!, I was given the 4 crispy tacos, and 3 side order of guacamole! Now remember I was told initially they were out of guacamole, So again I explained to the young lady my order was still wrong, she then threw her hand up in my face!, At that time the manager came, I tried to explain for the third or fourth time my order was still wrong. I didn't want the bag of steakhouse tacos!, I only wanted what I order, and to given back my money I was over charger for the 4 steakhouse tacos, which should have been crispy. As well as the guacamole and be given the 2 steakhouse tacos with grilled onions, The manager didn't ever try to listen to me, he only dismissed me by given me my money back! This place is unprofessional, poor customer service and don't care about...
