Panera Bread — Restaurant in Texas

I came in here awhile back for some soup and the employees who was working seems very disinterested in their jobs. The bread portion size was extremely disappointing and the restraint was nasty dirty. Multiple tables weren't cleaned. The one I sat at wasn’t clean. I’m not typically one to comment and complain but I did come later in the night and to see that multiple tables weren't cleaned disgusted me. I came in this morning to use the restroom and the floors were nasty. Someone was in while I came in and they didn’t wash their hands. I’m not sure if it was a customer or an employee but it didn’t matter because there was very little soap in the soap dispenser. I had to attempt to wash my hands 4 times before I felt okay enough to come back out of the bathroom and tell an employee. While I’m waiting here for the girl to change out she soap I’m looking around at the menu and pastries; I see a nat flying around and land on a pastry. The employee I spoke to about the soap came back a few mins later with her purse and said she had to go get soap and apologized. I’m sure it’s not her fault but it is party her responsibility along with all the other employees to make sure they’re good on things like soap to keep everyone sanitary. A few of the employees handling food are wearing gloves but I believe shift lead names Christy/Kristy wasn’t wearing gloves and handled a sheet of cookies. An employee named Bri wasn’t wearing gloves and was eating a chunk of yellow cheese while walking around the kitchen. The gave me a cup of soap to use, as I walked back in I slightly slipped from the water on the floor which is evidently there from the paper towel with water on it and when I went in the bathroom an employee “washed” their hands and left the paper towels...

I come here all the time early in the morning to work on my school work. Ive never had a problem, but the one time that I am outside on a phone call with my fathers doctors and specialists about his health condition because he is currently in the hospital! My stuff is packed up and put behind the counter just because i was outside on the phone to long!!! I cant be inside on the phone because it is too loud, music is playing and people are talking enjoying their day, which is fine nothing wrong with that. I was sitting at one of the booths and by the time i came back in there was random people sitting where i had left my stuff. I simply asked them where did the stuff that was there go? They didnt know what i was talking about and i asked a worker where my stuff is. Because first i thought someone stole my stuff that consisted of my backpack and my expensive laptop. The worker told me that they put it behind the counter and said “theres a lot of people coming in and out so we thought someone left and had their stuff there”. So i dont understand if someone wanted to sit at my booth and didnt want to sit anywhere else because there were other tables and places people could sit at. I never had a problem with this place, how disappointing that...

I placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru and it said it would be ready at 5:36pm. I arrive at that time but since the drive thru had a line I decided to pick it up inside. There was nobody at the front counter to ask about my order and when I walked around to the pick up side there were 2 employees making sandwiches that didn’t acknowledge me so I go to the drive thru as was the original plan. I told the person on the intercom I had an online order that was ready according to my email but she said it wasn’t. Ok no big deal, there were 3 cars in front of me anyways so by the time I made it to the window my order would be ready, right? Well little did I know that I would be stuck In that line for over 25 minutes. Why? Because the vehicle at the front of the line had a big order and that caused some sort of chaos inside. My question is, why didn’t they make that vehicle wait at the front of the building to get their order instead of dragging the whole drive thru behind? At this point we were stuck, there was people in front of us and people behind us. I’m never selecting pick up at drive thru again because if other people take a long time getting their order you are...
