Stopped in for lunch, hadn't been to this particular location before. Not busy and was seated right away. The waitress was great. Got our drinks right away. While we were looking at the menu it suddenly got very loud behind me. I turn to see who is making all the noise and it's 4 employees carrying on like they were at a tailgate party. So loud! Fortunately, after a bit they all went off to do whatever they do. We both did the 3 for me option. Quesadilla and loaded baked potato soup for the wife, Big mouth crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and Caeser salad for me. The soup and salad arrived within a couple of minutes. The soup was barely above room temperature. I went to salt my salad and no salt would come out of the shaker. Took a look at the top and every hole was sealed shut. I removed the lid and looked inside to find caked, dirty salt covering the inside of the lid. The salad bowl was nice and cold as it should be and at first the salad looked great. After I ate about half of it I noticed something brown which turned out to be a small, rotten piece of lettuce. a bit more poking around and I found another, larger piece. That ended the salad eating for me. So now we have nasty salt shaker and rotten lettuce. Not looking good so far. When the person (not our waitress) brought our food I pointed out the rotten lettuce. He apologized and took it away. The quesadillas were nice and hot. The chicken sandwich was as well but the fries, just like the soup, were barely above room temperature and soggy. Our waitress came back a few minutes later to check on us and I mentioned the lettuce and the fries, she called a manager over. Showed him the salt shaker, had him feel the fries. He apologized and said he would adjust our bill. Shortly after some nice, Very fresh fries arrived. They were great, nice and crispy. We were comped for the fries and the salad. But now I can see why this location gets low reviews both here and on Yelp. We will definitely not be going to this...
Read moreI went to this Chili’s on 08/09/2025 at 11pm central time. As i arrived I was told by the host that given the time of night, only to-go orders were available. That there was no in-person dining any longer. I was directed over to the to-go area to place my order. As I’m walking through the lobby, there’s a decent amount of guests still eating, so that prompted me to ask a server if in-person dining was still available. I was told by the server that in-person dining was still available as it was 11pm and they close at midnight on Saturdays. She called a manager over and the manager also confirmed it as well. The manager apologized and had me sat in a booth pretty quickly so I can enjoy my meal.
I failed to grab the manager’s name, but she was absolutely attentive, courteous, professional and an amazing attitude above all. She’s alone deserves 5 stars. Thank you.
My cons are with the host. This is the second time that I’ve gone to this same location and have been told by the host that I am unable to be seated. The first time was in late July. I walked in an hour before closing and was told that the kitchen was closed. And this most recent time, I was told only to-go orders were available. Extremely unprofessional. Arriving to a restaurant an hour before closing and not being able to dine-in is pretty absurd, I knew it was a lie, but I chose not to engage instead I left the first time and then this most recent time decided to ask a different employee.
Some items on my order sadly were also incorrect, but since I felt like I was already an inconvenience, given the situation with the host, I decided not to let my server know. I felt horrible just being there as maybe I got someone in trouble and just the feeling of not being welcomed. I just wanted to eat and leave, which I did.
Given the experience and the situation with the host, I won’t be coming back to...
Read moreIf it was possible to give this location negative stars I would. I called ahead to confirm they would have happy hour and was told they did. Then when I arrived the waitress said they did not, then came back and said she looked it up and they did have it as long as I ordered my drinks at the bar. Once I placed my drink orders for my family and I, the manager (bright fire red hair named Megan in a red shirt) loudly came over and yelled at me that they did not have happy hour anymore and stated that she had no idea who told me that and that corporate was looking to remove happy hour from their menu completely. The way she yelled at me caused the two other tables near by to look at our table. She made me feel like I had done something horribly wrong by trying to find out if they had happy hour or not. I let it go and still bought drinks anyways. Then the loud waitress who was helping the table near us (only one table away) was telling the people how they had workers who were prepping food at the tables where customers eat, prepping the food without masks and how the CDC had come in and fussed at them for not practicing safety standards due to the covid19 virus. I've been to other restaurants who have allowed dine in and they offer hand sanitizer and are very polite and appreciative that we are helping to support the business during this time. This was hands down the worse experience I've had during this pandemic. I will never ever support this chilis location ever again. There are safer, cleaner establishments and staff that are more polite at other restaurants who are actually kind and appreciative of us spending our hard earned money at their locations. Seriously, go to any other place or location except this one. Do yourself and your families a favor by helping other businesses who actually wanna show you great...
