Few places in Houston manage to encapsulate a sense of homey comfort and culinary delight like Coco Crepes & Coffee. Despite its relatively small size, this charming neighborhood café is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, serving up a delightful menu of sweet and savory treats that would satisfy even the most discerning of palates. At first glance, you might underestimate Coco Crepes & Coffee due to its modest dimensions, but that would be a mistake. The space, though limited, is used to its maximum potential, creating an environment that is not only comfortable but also incredibly inviting. The café has a warm, cozy ambience that, coupled with its casual, counter-service setting, makes it the perfect spot for a leisurely meal or a quick coffee break. It's a place where friends can gather to share laughter and good food, and where families can enjoy a meal that caters to everyone's tastes. The menu at Coco Crepes & Coffee is a testament to the café's commitment to quality. The crepes are the star of the show, with each one freshly made to order and absolutely divine. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, you'll find that the crepes never disappoint. They are light, fluffy, and filled with an array of delectable ingredients that will leave your taste buds singing. But the crepes are just the beginning. Coco Crepes & Coffee also serves a variety of specialty teas, smoothies, and salads, making it a versatile destination for any meal. The coffee is top-notch – a rich, aromatic brew that is undoubtedly some of the best in downtown Houston. This café is a haven for early birds in need of a caffeine boost or pastry lovers looking for a fresh-baked treat. To cap off a delightful evening, Coco Crepes & Coffee offers a selection of house gelato and sorbet. The gelato is a treat that should not be missed, providing a sweet, creamy end to a delicious meal or a refreshing palate cleanser after a savory crepe. The café's dedication to sourcing local and organic ingredients whenever possible is evident in the quality of its food. The in-house preparation of sauces further ensures a level of quality and freshness that is hard to beat. This commitment to excellence traces back to the café's founder, Chef Youssef Nafaa, who opened the first Coco Crepes & Coffee in 2005. Chef Nafaa's vision of a neighborhood café where Houstonians could enjoy a fusion of culinary tastes is alive and thriving today. In conclusion, Coco Crepes & Coffee is more than just a café – it's an experience. It's the perfect place to start your day, recharge in the afternoon, or end a night out in downtown Houston. With its delicious menu, top-tier coffee, and welcoming environment, it's a place you'll want to return to time and time again. If you find yourself in Houston, make sure to visit Coco Crepes & Coffee – you won't be disappointed

First of all, all of it is a yes. Yes to yes to everything. Service was great, orders came out quickly eventhough it was slightly busy. Every staff member was helpful and smiling (might be because it was still morning) but could just be how they are. Also, we are from New Jersey, visiting. Back to the establishment, I love the fact that the crepes are not too sweet as though they want to give you diabetes but it is still delicious for a sweet tooth person like me. My hubby had the sugar waffles and I had toasted Almonds with vanilla custard. Okay y'all, this where we both got greedy...from the looks of the food, you'd think "hmmm this will not be filling" so knowing how delicious it was, we ordered round 2 before finishing round 1 - I had crepes with Strawberries for round 2, hubby had same thing as round 1. People, after I finished round 1 and drank my organic Chai tea latte, I was full and they called out our round 2...it was ready. 😭 Hubby tried to dig into his round 2 but couldn't finish...we took it to go. I might come back tomorrow! I definitely recommend to anyone and definitely people visiting from out of State.

I love Coco's! I hadn't stopped by in years since I do not live in Houston, but when I am around for breakfast I always try to make it by. Sweet Crepes: The creme brulee crepe with strawberrys was so good! I wouldn't change a thing...it even had the little bit of crispy caramelized crunch in there so it really did taste like creme brulee, not just pudding. I haven't had the others but I am sure they are delicious too. Savory Crepes: I remember a really good sun dried tomato crepe I had here years ago that was full of flavor! I couldn't find it on the menu this time and tried to recreate it. I got a chicken, spinach & mushrooms crepe with sun-dried tomato sauce. I think I should have subbed in the sun-dried tomato pieces instead of the mushrooms to bring out the flavors, because the sause was more mild than I remembered but still very good. The shop is small inside, so go on a nice day, sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I don't know how busy it gets but I had a pleasant time early Sunday, but it was getting busier by brunch time.

First of all.....I feel bougie as h*ll right now. I also spent $70.00 so.... Am I Beyonce? No.... But dang near...yes. I deserved my crepes and so do you.

I treated myself to a Breakfast crepe with Ham, mozz cheddar and eggs. The eggs are scrambled gently and with love like Gordon Ramsay would but Dad Gordon Ramsay not Hell's kitchen Gordon Ramsay. The other ingredients are also fresh which made it worth every yummy little calorie. I also ordered to smores crepe with extra strawberries because who am I to deny myself extra fruit? I deserve this fruit. My light bill be d**mned. Of course it was delicious.

I also ordered a lemon reduction crepe for my Grandma. She loved it. My Grandma isn't sick or dying or anything but if for some reason she had to go to pearly gates I would hold my head high at her funeral because after I bought her this ultra expensive crepe I am by default her best, greatest and most magnificent child.

Overall.... Someone call my limo.... I ate like the spoiled glamor girl God designed me to be. I will see you guys when I get my next check.

Anyways......Au Revoir....( That's goodbye for you poors that don't speak Queen). And remember...I love you gorgeous,...
