I just had to take a moment to write a glowing review for the fantastic doorman Tanzimul Khan. This gentleman has consistently provided excellent service and a warm, friendly demeanor that truly enhances the living experience here.

From day one, he has greeted residents and guests with a welcoming smile and a polite greeting. No matter the time of day or weather conditions, he's always there, ready to assist with a cheerful attitude that brightens everyone's day.

His professionalism and dedication to his job are commendable. He ensures the security of the building while creating a sense of community among the residents. Whether it's helping with packages, holding the door open, or providing information about local services, he goes above and beyond in every way.

RISE Lofts is a great place to live and the building itself is aesthetically timeless. I love how centrally located it is, and you can access all the major roads like Memorial Dr and major highways quickly. It’s located at the edge of Midtown and Fourth Ward, so you definitely have more of a neighborhood feel which is a huge plus for me. I enjoy taking my dog on long walks through the neighborhood and feel safe doing so. The building itself is well managed and we have a great manager that is always working on getting things done to improve our condo. We also have a 24 hour concierge, security guard, and a friendly maintenance team that makes sure our building is clean. We have an infinity rooftop pool overlooking Downtown, and also a Zen garden on the 5th floor terrace that is great for grilling and relaxing. These units are individually owned which is a huge plus, because most of the residents here care about...

Great location. A bit loud, but not the building's fault. Wonderful front desk and security people.

Management is terrible. Four months ago they decided to lock up the electric car charger, which is really just a 3kw outlet.

Anyway, now to charge, you have to go in to the front desk and have them unlock. Today it took 30 minutes and I still wasn't able to plug in. No key. Management cannot even bother to put the lock key on its own ring with a tag noting that it's for the charger.

Management has been asked several times to fix this for it's residents. They cannot be bothered. That one time that maybe one person abuses it, the rest of the residents have...
