Came for a small lunch for my birthday today with few friends. Heard good things. It’s outside which is what i wanted for my friends kids. Great. Awesome. Came to order food was pricey. Expected for area. Whatever. Ordered. Everyone got their food first except mine. Mine took awhile…whatever . Buuuut not only that they didn’t put in my order for drinks. So now I’m waiting extra long for my drinks. Lady didn’t understand english at all so that was inconvenient and awkward . When i went to get my order in first place she looked confused . I said I’m # 20 she still look confused . Then we asked for drinks and she said they never put it in. It took awhile but we were only customers so that was ridiculous. 1 michelada and 1 margarita . When i still hadn’t got it yet they were pointing at us through window like they were still debating about it. Some more time passed i get up to see where they were at. They finally got em. We also asked can we turn music down. It’s just us and we are screaming at each other to speak as if we are at a Club. They said they have to ask someone higher up . Seems like they never did. We were just 4 people. Food was pretty good. My corn tortilla for my birria tacos were hard. And i didn’t even get my own birria sauce. My friend got birria torta and i just used hers because she didn’t want it… food was ok just definitely not worth the price. Michelada was watery and not spicy. Margarita was cheap liquor for sure and full of just ice in cup. My friend and cousin and her kids needed to use the restroom and they said they’re just for employees… like huh?? Overall IF I were to ever eat their food again it’s definitely not gonna be...

Being a native Houstonian & a taco enthusiast, I have eaten more than my fair share of tacos, and eat them multiple times a week. Needless to say I have the experience and variety as my basis for comparison. I can honestly say these are some of the best tacos I've had in Houston. My GF ordered the breakfast tacos, with Chorizo & potato (papa), and i ordered the 3 lunch tacos, 2 steak (asada) and 1 chicken. My favorite were the steak and chicken lunch tacos. The flavor was amazing for both, with my preference being for the steak. If I had a few criticisms, the steak tacos seemed to be a bit greasier than I would have liked, but the flavor being so good, it's worth ignoring. The other thing I noticed was the addition of lettuce and sour cream, while I love both, added a slightly different component and experience than I expected. All that considered, I will definitely be going back. The meat was delicious, the tortilla, you could tell, was made fresh and had an amazing flavor, and the green sauce was delicious. They included a small green and red sauce filled container, and a larger container of a different type of red sauce. Both red sauces were decent, but the green was just awesome, in my opinion.

Ordered on the kiosk, before my friends, but they got their food first, so I asked about it. The lady was rude and asked for my ticket number. I didn’t write it down because I trusted that I was going to get the automated text message. They said they don’t have my order.. so I ordered again and this time remembered the order number.

More time goes by and I ask if my second order went through. Gave her my phone number and order number and she said they still don’t have it, and again she was super rude

So for the third damn time, I ordered at the bar. When I finished ordering, the bartender flagrantly gave me the receipt acting as if I was dumb for not getting a receipt the first two times. As I waited forever for this third order, I noticed other people having issues with orders they put in, and then I saw the bartender write an “out of service” note and put it on the kiosk I used the first two times. I told him that’s the kiosk I used, so that’s why it didn’t go through

About 1.5 hours after my first order, I finally got my food, and the staff didn’t offer me a refund or even an apology. Horrible experience

PS: Notice the owner says thank you to all the good reviews and ignores the bad ones. This perfectly displays their unwillingness to make things right after they make a mistake. If they mess something up, don’t expect them to rectify it in anyway. You’re just screwed when they make errors, and they’ll add insult to injury by being rude to you...
