Crypto Burger (Galleria) — Restaurant in Houston

I gotta tell you about my visit to Crypto Burger in Sugarland. So, we were a hungry bunch and ordered a whopping 8 burgers. Sounds epic, right? Well, not exactly.

I went for their basic Crypto Burger, and man, it was a total letdown. The patty was like 90% fat and 10% meat! I had to play a fat ball removal game with every single bite. Not cool, . Who wants a burger that feels like it's gonna clog your arteries on the spot?

And brace yourself for this visual horror: when I opened the box, the burger was practically floating in a sea of meat juice. Gross! You can imagine what that did to the bun – it turned into a soggy mess.

Now, let's talk taste. Or the lack of it. With all that fat stealing the show, any flavor the patty had was pretty much MIA. And seasoning? Nah, they must've forgotten that part. The whole thing ended up tasting as exciting as watching paint dry.

Okay, okay, I gotta give them credit for relatively speedy service, and the staff was nice. But honestly, that's not enough to salvage the whole burger disaster.

In a nutshell, Crypto Burger in Sugar Land didn't impress me one bit. Greasy patty, soggy bun, and a taste that went AWOL.They seriously need to up their game and fix these issues ASAP. Till then, I'm looking for a different burger spot to satisfy my cravings....

I love the food here, love the sugarland location a bunch. Which is why i didn’t give a 1 star review. I just hope the owners can read this & it gets to them

The older non english speaking hispanic gentleman that works there truthfully needs to be replaced. He doesn’t understand a word of English then gave my order to someone completely different. I waited an extra 15 mins, they purposefully put 3/4 less of the fomo sauce. Kept meanmugging the entire time i was waiting. At the end when i asked what is this he said sorry repeatedly, i offered for them to just take the food back & gimme a refund still same attitude & response.

My frustration is not with crypto burger its with the gentleman they hired. Please hire someone who is fluent enough to take orders, has basic comprehension & ability to understand actual basic requests. The guy is actually slow. & i am not even exaggerating.

EDIT: Please turn on the phone too. The young kid there said they turned it off.. as a business it costs a lot to not just have it on. I eat here every weekend & been supporting since it opened back on voss. Not tryna be a karen i hope the right...

Man! This place is so good! My group got several different burgers and everybody loved them. You could tell everything was really good quality. The beef was well seasoned and grilled just right. The toppings were all fresh. The sauces were all unique and complemented the burgers perfectly. Also, the burgers were huge! There’s another burger truck in the same lot and, while it’s pretty good, Crypto Burger is way better and a much bigger portion. Def the best burger I’ve had in a long, long time. Not to mention the prices are very fair. We didn’t get fries but it seems like people like them based on the reviews. The dude who was working (Wed 7/17) was really nice and did a great job on the grill. The order came up really quick considering we got 5 different burgers. The food truck park itself is ok. It’s a little crowded and there’s not really anywhere to sit. I’d recommend grabbing your food to-go and eating it in your car or somewhere else. The next time I want a burger, I know I’ll be disappointed if I go anywhere else. They’re open really late too. We were all very impressed. Highly...
