Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Houston

Me and my family were going to Freddy's and we won a chili cheese dog and two hamburgers and some ice creams and french fries the food was amazing when it came out for the second round we got ice cream the atmosphere was okay but there was a lots of people doing crazy stuff and lots of that and when we got when we paid for our ice cream when we went up there there was this guy and he was holding up two about to be three messy ice cream cones even dairy Queen to do better than a messy ice cone so then he tells everyone around and different girl comes out with different ice creams and she's screaming in our freaking faces she's over here saying so you want a different one and she gave us them but when we were driving out of there two girls started rolling their eyes at us and the girl that serves as the ice cream told everyone in the freaking kitchen we were being rude and pissy about everything even though we weren't we were being nice and tell him to give us a different one because we did not want that to trip in our truck so then I decided to roll my eyes at them to see what their reaction and they mocked me so definitely one star for service I consider going here for the food but in case you want to get harassed or blackmailed by lots of these workers here I suggest you...

My family and I ordered food to eat there ,and then I ordered food to go for others . I ordered 2 meals then I said I meant to order a malt instead of the drink can I pay the diffrence. I had two mangers tell me no even though it says you can upgrade on the menu, they also told me they we don't know if we sell malts even a lady went to ask someine in the back . I said it says it on your menu right there. They also ran out of tea at the front I asked the guy behind the counter if he could get me tea from the back he told me no he will make more . I went over to see if the tea was ready, the same kid that told me he would make more tea, was there I asked him so you have no tea in the back for the drive, through you walk all the way out here to fill up for drive through he said yes. There was another worker heard it and said are we our of tea in the back he said I was making this to move back there . She then said I'll get you tea seemed like the they were kinda clueless or lazy tonight. There were a lot of people coming in I didnt think we would have a place to sit, but lucky tables opened up . My son made a comment about workers sitting at the table playing on their phones ,he said you would think they would have...

I placed my order at the drive thru, paid at the first window and was given my drink. Once I pulled forward to the second window I was asked the name on my order was. Then was told there was no order under my name. I advised that I ordered just now in the drive thru. That man left, and a few minutes later someone different came to the window and brought me my food. As I was pulling off the man hollered out the window at me asking for my receipt. I told him I wasn’t given one, and he just looked at me confused for a few seconds…then finally let me go.

There was NOT that many people dining at this establishment, which I understand why now, so I don’t understand the confusion. And hollering at me while I pull away to ask for my receipt?! Bro, at this point if y’all didn’t charge me(which they definitely did, I have the bank statement to show that) that’s a you problem🤷🏼‍♀️

Terrible first experience here. Will most likely not return. The crispy chicken sandwich meal was like a dressed up McChicken….not worth the money I paid. Save yourself and go Nextdoor...
