Either this location has drastically gone down in service or the evening staff needs a bit more training and development as I visited the restaurant I was greeted by two people at the front, one who took my order. Upon arriving at the salad bar there was several empty containers, food scattered everywhere, a tray left unattended, no lids for cups drink station littered with trash but then as I proceed to the dining room all with the exception of 2 booths were dirty and yet when I look over at the front, the two cashiers or managers, whoever they are weāre sitting down talking, this is not acceptable. I approached a young lady and ask her if she was a manager I brought these things to her attention instead of her coming to address them, she goes in the back and get somebody who attempts to come and cleans the tables. As a manager, the presentation of your dining room, and your food stations are reflection of how you manage, do a better job perhaps a walking thru so that you donāt give the restaurant a bad reputation. To the owner or GM lots of your selection are missing or alt fill ins. Perhaps itās a supply chain issues but suspect this store needs leadership attention. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will NEVER come back to this location ever! The girl (Caucasian) whom I assume was the manager looked at me as I walked up and didn't even speak. I don't know what it was. I'm not sure if she was not wanting to be at work on a Sunday morning or if she was just not a happy person in general. I spoke saying politely, Good Morning, How are you?" and her response was not that of a customer service professional that would want you to cone back. She chided with a fake and unconcerned smile, "fine" and kept doing what she was doing never asking if she could help me. So finally this young black guy came up and saw her ignoring me as I am trying to figure out what happened and she says (while rolling her eyes), "help him"!
The you guy was polite and friendly, he took my order and fulfilled it. I asked if something happened or was wrong that I was unaware of. I also stated she seems angry or upset or maybe she's just rude. He responded I apologize, that this has been said before. I then publicly said to him in front of her this place has a negative vibe and disrespectful to customers. He apologized again and wished me a great day.
My take away is., if you don't want to come to work call in and keep your negative attitude and drama at home and please don't project it...

I placed the order for my team, small order for $90.00, since I have order for 3 times the amount and the order is always delivered late. I placed my order at 10:00 AM, I requested to be deliver by 11:30 AM, I got a call asking me if I was o.k. to change the delivery time from 11:30 AM to 11:45 PM, I agreed since it was a reasonable time, the food arrived at 1:18 PM, I made multiple calls to check on the food and the same person answered every time and assured me the order was done and it will be deliver NOW. Well... we got our food the sandwiches were falling apart, I guess the had the food was sitting there for the delivery person to arrive, I was advised before and today their drivers quit, what??? that is not my responsibility I am the customer, this is bad management on the store, does their , who told me the drivers quit and this is why the food was late.
