Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Houston

This was the strangest visit to Jersey Mike's I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in things were just "off". I was the first person in line, and before anyone came to take my order, another couple walked in behind me, then another couple behind them and another single person behind them. At this point, there were now six ppl in the line. There was an employee standing in front of the vegetables and one at the cash register...both of them just looking at all of us, not saying a word. Then the sandwich maker showed up and asked what I wanted....i gave him my order, and then he broke out an order pad and proceeded to ask every person behind me what they wanted to order, writing down their sandwich choice, type of bread, etc...meanwhile the entire process is at a complete standstill, and at this point I've probably been standing there for 5+ minutes before he even started my sandwich. Once the sandwich was made I had it dressed the way I wanted, paid and was off to get my drink. That's when I found out that the tea had not been made...dispensers were not even put together. The sandwich, as usual, was delicious...the service....absolutely the strangest i have ever encountered....it was painful to watch the process unfold in...

Horrible first experience with Jersey Mikes. Ordered online. Picked up my sandwich and brought it back to the office. Upon opening the sandwich I saw it was made with no meat. Went back to the location to have the meat added. Waited at the register and the woman there did not acknowledge me standing to her side with a bag. Stood in line with my bag and waited for close to 10 minutes before it was my turn. Watched the employee make 4 online orders and complain rudely to his fellow employees about the sandwiches and they needed to pick up the pace. Once it was finally my turn, I told him I had an online order that was made with no meat. He gave me a disgusted look so I handed him the bag with the order receipt and the sandwich inside. After inspecting both, he added the meat then rolled it back up and handed it back. No offer to make a new sandwich (since the bread was completely soggy by now) and absolutely no apology. Nothing but a hard stare. Will never be visiting this location or Jersey...

I can not express my supreme disappointment with this location. I stopped in for dinner on my way home. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for my turn. My turn came and Hector proceeded to tell me to wait without even asking what I wanted to order while I stood and waited for him to cut meat for 6 door dash/call in people. Had he even said what do I want he would have found I wanted a cheese steak that would have take 10 minutes to cook. He could have added my sandwich h in with the stuff he was cutting. No he said I’ll be right with u and went and started on an order for people that were not there not had stood for 10 minutes patiently waiting for their turn. And when I can back to say hey, what’s up with that he said have a nice evening and never even apologized or anything. Very bad management, very bad experience and overall this is out of my way and I won’t be back. And from the looks of it they have a lot of fake reviews. ...
