I had the worst experience here as a doordasher which has not been my previous experience. Yesterday, April 8th, 2023 I picked up my 1st order of the day using the drive thru around 5:40am it was a seamless transition. I go again for my 2nd pick up of the day using the drive thru around 5'55am and I was told to confirm the order before I received the order. I asked the lady to hand me the order and then I'll confirm the order. She said the new policy is to confirm first which makes no sense because why would I confirm something I don't have. She handed me the bag and I confirmed. The 3rd order came around 6:15am so I went into the restaurant. The lady told me to confirm before she handed me the order. I stated for her to hand me the order before I confirm. She reluctantly handed it to me. I confirmed and left to complete the delivery. Now, April 9, 2023 Easter Sunday, I arrive at 7:59am for a pick-up. I stated I'm there for a doordash delivery and provided the last 4 of the confirmation order. The same lady from the last order on yesterday stated I had to confirm first. I told her I was not confirming the order until I had it in hand. She sat the order down, I told her I don't have time for this. I contacted doordash helpdesk and advised them of the refusal to hand the order until I pressed confirmed. She contacted the store and told me they will hand me the order. I go back in and the same thing from before happens. I contact doordash on speaker phone and tell them the worker still won't give me the order. Doordash asked me to confirm the order once I have it in hand. At this point the worker has turned her back to me in what I can only deduce was a refusal to give the order. The doordash representative said she would report the store. Then a different worker asked which order I was waiting on and handed it to me. I confirmed and left to deliver. All of this exchange took roughly over 12 minutes. That's time that the customers food was getting cold. Now, I don't know the back story...mayve delivery drivers are getting orders and never confirming them and the company is losing money. Communication is key! Hand me the order and ask me to confirm before I walk out of the door due to (whatever the reason) we have to do it this way at this store. Understandable, but to hold food hostage is ridiculous. The store can have the dashers sign for it. We are an extension of the paying customer as dashers and this customer service by Marissa two days in a row was horrible and unnecessarily time consuming. There are 4 McDonalds within 5 miles of this location and none of them ask to confirm before handing the order. I will drive further for better service as a customer from now on. Better people interaction...
Read moreCame to this location to grab a quick bite at 11 at night with my kids and I really wish to rate this place a freaking zero! I was never given my receipt for starters. I then pulled up to the drive through window and received only partial of my order. I never received the other 2 happy meals that were missing from my order. I waited in the curbside location for nearly 10 minutes with my 2 kids and still no food. I then drove to the front and asked for my food with no response and they watched me from the outside. I waited for an additional 5 minutes and still no food. I then decided to get in my car and call the location and a young lady answered and I told her I was never given my food. She then said I had to get back in line. I then asked for them to just give me a refund because I was not going to wait behind 20 cars and she said I need to get in line. I then asked for her to give me the receipt number so that way I can come in the morning to just get my refund with the morning team she then said she didn’t know it, but yet she told me what my order was. I then continued to ask for my order number and she declined to give it to me I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called the location again and she refused to answer calls. This place really an attitude reality check. If she doesn’t want to do her job correctly, then you...
Read moreHands down the rudest and worst service I’ve ever had in my life, and believe me I’ve had bad experiences before. I don’t know the girls name, but she’s black and has blonde braids. She was THE absolutely rudest person I’ve ever met, and talked to me with the upmost disrespect as if I was dumb for following her instructions by coming to the second window to make payment for my food. She acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience for her to go to the back with my card and take payment. Seriously, I usually don’t go to McDonalds because their food is terrible, but it was the only place open because of the holidays. Now I understand why people choose other establishments to eat, because food and service are both garbage. And fast food workers want $15 an hour?! Lmbo, not if your service and attitude is terrible. ...
