McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

If i could give zero stars i would. Please if you value your life don’t go here or take anyone you love to this specific location. Mcdonald’s is not bad but this mcdonald’s is very unsanitary and the food is rushed and taste horrible. (I’ve had good Mcdonald’s and this was just not it) Not only did they not have like half of the menu(no machines working) they constantly were messing up our orders and walking away while we’re trying to order, which that’s fine because i understand busy day i guess. But my biggest issue was the cleanliness of the environment. When i walked into the store, there was leftover food on every single table.. I had to clean the someone else mess up at the table i was sitting at . There’s no type of cleaning person working out there, it seems like they barely have enough to work behind the counter. They don’t clean, there’s no reason a customer should be seeing cockroaches in a setting specifically catered to serve food. Me and my brother’s stomach began to hurt so bad after eating some food here, (i wish i took pictures of the food but very disappointing and unappealing taste and look) we ended up throwing up after not even eating much. We went to the bathroom and ended up throwing up more due to how poor the place was tended to. There was a roach crawling on the wall and pee and toilet paper all over the floor. (I can’t even make this up) The bathroom and lobby of the mcdonald’s wreaks of bad odor. (the lobby smells just as dirty as the bathroom, I had to leave immediately) I saw one of the workers touch fries with his bare hand and put it back inside the fry thing when he dropped it.. That was the same man dealing with trash (same bare hands) I can only imagine how much worse it can be in the kitchen if they’re doing that out for the public customers to see. That’s probably also why I began to throw up , who knows if the same man was touching the food? This Mcdonald’s site just stinks, it’s dirty, and poorly managed. If I could give this place a "no" star I would!!!!! Their customer service is horrible!!!! this is the only McDonald's i know that charge for sauce! They act as if they would lose their jobs if they give you one. Oh but that's not it. Today however, I went their and ordered a hot and spicy with a large frie and a Oreo frappe. I got home set down at My table unraveled my hot and spicy and guess what I see.......sadly a one (uno , 1) ..a one sided bun & a cold hot & spicy chicken!!!! I'm very aware that it's suppose to be two buns & a hot and spicy chicken! I tried to call their phones four to five times which they never answered so I got in my car & drove back to this location and complained about it in an appropriate manner. All i wanted was my food that I paid for and something extra on the gas since they wouldn't/don't know how to answer their phones. Anyways , when I got back there to this location I was rudely told that I should check my food before I leave which I normally do but in this case I didn't and it's still no justification for not giving me my other side of my bun ! It's YOUR job to give me what the hell I pay for and to check that everything i ordered is in the bag before you hand it out the window (that's apart of your job) & with that being said do better & be aware of what you're doing!!!!!!!!! or get new management for the sake of customers & everyone who took the time out of our busy day to give you'll these poor...

The manager on duty was very rude to not just us but also her employees. We'd ordered 2 BTS meals and when we got our order they didn't come in the promo bags of the meal. It was a big regular bag. We asked the cashier, (very polite), about purchasing the BTS bags. As he was getting them, she stopped him and angrily yelled at him to not b/c we had already received our food so what was the point so she got us 1. We got 2 meals. We were going to wait in line but she shouted at us to ask what we needed. She exclaimed to me she couldn't SELL the BTS bags. She angrily and with a huge shake of her head went to get us another one while yelling, "WHEN YOU GET THE BT(W?) MEAL, DO THE ORDERS SEPARATE!" to the employees who were rushing as it was. For the BTS fans, it's cool to have the pretty bag b/c it's limited edition so that's why we order the meal instead of just McNuggets; to keep the bags for collection. In other chains, they know this already. She shouldn't have reacted so angrily with the young man helping us or with others b/c she doesn't understand a promo. Her nasty attitude will keep me away from that location b/c it's uncalled for. HORRIBLE way of treating us and the employees. And if she hates BTS so bad, then do the freaking orders right so you don't have to deal with customers like us, the FANS, having to bug you on giving them the rightful contents of what...
