McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

LATE NIGHT, STAY AWAY. This McDonald's should close during grave shift hours since the folks don't want to work. This is why these employees will be replaced with machines. If you don't like your job, then quit or inquire about getting compensated if your work is doubled for lack staff at the moment. I'm not the only one on here with a negative late night review so this isn't no coincidence!

I would give a negative (-5 star) rating if I could. In all my life, I've never waited in a McD's driver thru for 45 mins to receive an order. On top of that, was only given drinks and no food. Then when I come back for a 2nd time, magically the food pops up but there was still no food. I do food delivery so that bag is sealed. Therefore I can't check the contents of the bag but when me the (driver) has an upset customer not once, but twice for not receiving what they order affects my ability to earn a living and essentially costs me money. This particular customer tipped me again in cash since I waited in the drive thru line so long the 1st time, so felt I needed to at least make the attempt to make it right by trying to bring their food to them for a 2nd time but the order was still incomplete. And I wasn't even logged into my food delivery app, so therefore I wasn't obligated...

I always give this McDonald's an chance even after the mess my order up.... but today was it I will never eat here again I went in today around 8:45am I placed my order went to pay the girl dropped my money in my hand my coins fell on ground she didn't bother looking are showing any signs of concern she just walked from window I opened door to get my change off the ground. I got my food made it all the way to work open wrapper and the pic is what I got... so I left work to go back the manager there it was a girl I believe her name starts with an A.... I opened it up for her she states "WHATS WRONG WITH IT" I'm looking like umm WILL YOU EAT THIS.? She says well it is an burrito I just said can I have my money back.... she says "FOR A BURRITO" hell yea for a burrito that I bought with my money that I work for.!! Horrible this is the worst McDonald's I ever been too.!! They nasty under the sofa machines is mildew and it always stink.... and they have the worst attitudes except the one girl that be in drive thru I wish I knew here name she be wearing a royal blue jacket sometimes she is the best she should be an...

I really don't know why. We stopped at this location. The lines and the drive-thru are usually long but they move quick. And I figure why they move quick This is because the staff of this McDonald's. Usually forget something being in a rush Now that's just one complaint. We stop by around 7 last night. Food was cold. Also we ask for two apple pies. We got those apple pies home. And they look like dehydrated apples. The pie was cold. It was hard and the whole inside was just dry. And you could tell the pies were old because whoever worked in the kitchen or the management cool the timing stickers off the back of the boxes that show you date and time. This location is horrible. Even at 5 a.m. They make you pull up to the wait line. And all I wanted was coffee one morning. Just one cup of coffee and I had to pull up to line number one or whatever it is. And this is a very busy McDonald's. I don't see how to get away with the level of food quality But you know what? I guess it has to do with the...
