This has to be the absolute worst Panda Express I have ever been to. First off, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for "hot" orange chicken and black pepper chicken. I figured, okay, at least it'll be fresh. Boy, was I wrong. Get home, open the plate, and what do I find? Barely any meat! It was practically a mountain of chow mein with a few sad scraps of chicken. The grilled teriyaki chicken had a bizarre, off-putting taste – genuinely nasty and inedible. And the black pepper chicken? A grand total of THREE pieces of chicken, drowned in nothing but onions and the red container. It was essentially an onion and pepper stir-fry, not chicken. This isn't just disappointing; it's a rip-off. Save your money and your appetite, and go to a different location. This one is a complete failure.

Got some food at the drive thru. I had never noticed this Panda location when visiting this area before; maybe it is new? Food tasted good. Server was friendly, though I had to ask for teriyaki sauce for our teriyaki chicken more than once. Teriyaki chicken should always come with the sauce, I think. They were out of spring rolls, so I got an egg roll instead, and it was good. Overall, good place for me to stop by for a quick bite to eat.

I love Panda Express food. Sadly this location did fall short on service. They seemed annoyed with customer’s request. The variety of entrees options was quite short (I went for dinner on Sunday evening). I tried to match my order with what was available but they did not explain to me I’d get extra charges, when I was asking why my meal would be more expensive I’ve got a bit of rude answer. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location 😕

Racial profiling Horrible Management‼️

I was invited to come for an interview at 9758 Katy fwy. When I finally arrived I texted Karina, i’m not sure if she was the interviewer, but the two Hispanic women that interviewed me were very standoffish and Rude!

I came in and sat at the corner table and waited as they were still interviewing another candidate. Once they were done, I approached & Greeted them. She asked me about my work experiences I simply told her I was a Shift Manager at McDonald’s and ect.. then she asked what was the Job culture at McDonald’s, I replied “ As a manager on my shift we always met our goals and finished 1st 🥇 on the McDonald rank system, We had good positive energy, excellent communication, everyone respected each other, and it was a very diverse workplace.

She replied, “well why don’t you go back then?” I felt so uncomfortable at this point, her of demeanor and energy was very off putting. My response was “I moved far from the area and became a full time student to finish a few summer classes.”

She responded, “Then why not get transferred?” I replied: “well, I just put in an application they haven’t got back to me as of yet, but then I received a text asking if I could come in to be interviewed at panda express I thought yeah it’ll be a good experience & I’ll learn something new.”

She begins to wrap up the interview quickly, and asked if I had any questions for her.

So I asked about the hours and the scheduling she told me you get no more than 38 hours and must have an open schedule. I told her yeah that sounds perfect for me. During the entire interview, the other manager that was sitting at the table with us didn’t say anything to me she was slouched over on the table with the palm of her hand on her chin but she didn’t show the same energy with the candidate before me. I felt like she was giving the other manager signals and Signs because the lady that was interviewing me kept looking her direction.

“Well, OK thank you for coming” is what the interviewer said to me. I replied, thank you, and left the table. As I’m walking off, I noticed how no one looks like me that works there. Racial interview, lack of diversity!!!

Overall all my experience with them made me feel extremely uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and useless to the company even with all the knowledge and experience I have. I came dressed for success, even though other candidates came in, however, I’m not judging, but I was judged because the...

So many things wrong on so many levels. First there was no one interested in acknowledging any of the 3 customers waiting in line at 825pm. The workers were only concerned about shutting store down while working the drive thru customers only. There were at least 12 workers and no one was handling the inside customers. The food bars was depleted and the remaining food was dry looking. I've visited/reviewed other Panda Expresses at this time of evening and their attitude was not this negative. In all fairy, there was ONLY one employ, Arhmani, a female. She asked what or how she could help...this was after we were in the Panda for 10 minutes waiting for someone to make a decision about making fresh noodles. I asked for the manager, I was told a cook was the mgr by one male employee that was sweeping the dirty floor and trash around customers that were waiting in line for food. I had to ask him to stop, so we could get out of his way. On the left side there was a female worker mopping the floor, that had NOT been swept first. So imagine being between the sweeper guy and the mopper girl...(sic). Then I was also told Karina was the General Mgr, by one female employer, but she also told me there's no Asst Mgr...but the guy sweeping the floor told me the chef dressed in ALL black was the Mgr... I was so lied to. I even warned the young lady at the counter that I do extensive business reviews...she said "oh" and carelessly walked away. Upon leaving 30 minutes later, waiting for food, the chef dressed in black was holding the door open as we left. I asked are you the mgr...he said NO, Asst Mgr...but he NEVER, NEVER, EVER INTERACTED with regards to the entire scenario. He acted as the chef only, and only showed concern because he saw me take pics... And after I asked was he a Mgr? He asked why, I said I'll be doing a review and it will not be positive... He had the audacity to ask "Why Not". Panda Express Corporate you need to check on this establishment quickly...and do son retraining in customer service and review employees roles, because at this location they clearly do not know their roles... except...

As a culinary trained Chef from the Culinary Institute of America, I know a little something about food and customer service. Today, March 31, 2022 is the last time I come to Panda Express at this location...We often go here for a quick drive through dinner for a family of 4..and usually great service. But tonight I shared about 2 instances of bad customer service.. the first incident was something bad in the food..i called back 1 month ago..and they said they would take care of us...i forgot...and came back and back again...the last time I came, they gave me OLD rice..and so tonight, I went through drive thru again and share about my last 2 experiences..The Manager Karina, stated that I need a receipt and its company policy...well you know what, for a $1B dollar franchise, at least an exception of lack of integrity on food and service could have been honored...but Karina, said...nothing can be done and its company policy. I also gave Karina an opportunity to correct it and make it right, otherwise i would post this BAD EXPERIENCE review...and so here it is. This deserves a ZERO stars for lack of service and not upholding their Landmark education training..at least a complimentary dish...oh and by the way, I ordered 3 a la carte entrees with a total of $32 dollars...and no rice came with it either...usually there's rice that comes with a la cart orders. Panda's service and quality is going down hill. Im not coming back here. Thanks Panda and you just lost a loyal customer and have...
