My #1 Pizza Place. So I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Reading some of the negative reviews, I think people are too picky but perception is always the prerogative of the perceiver. Then again, maybe they should have just ordered Domino's or gone to CiCi's Pizza!! LoL I always get take out. I've never been happy with delivery service from anywhere. IT doesn't matter who. At some point, delivery service fails so I won't be reviewing Pinks on their delivery besides I live well beyond their service area. I usually do take out on the way back home after work which for me makes the Bissonnet location super convenient. One thing I have noticed where people go wrong, is they think that if they show up to the restaurant they will have their pizza made faster than if someone like myself orders online and picks it up. It's kind of an old school way of thinking. Out of the 4 trips there, on two of those occasions I noticed someone waiting on their pizza and irritated on why it takes so long and then for it to only be worse by watching someone walk in to immediately pick up their pizza. Ooooh. Orders are processed in the order they are received and they require 30 minutes to make the Pizza. Call me crazy but I think this is totally reasonable...considering what your paying for... And you are paying for this quality pie that's freshly made. Everybody who I shared some of my pizza with loves it! Pinks is definitely above any of the other pizza chain outfits but they are not so cheap. They are not supposed to be cheap because they are using quality ingredients. I have a Marco's Pizza near to me which isn't too bad but Pink's is still a step up without being anymore expensive. Pink's pizzas are just more flavorful and some of the cheeses I've had, just hits me in the back of neck and my eyes glaze over for a moment. Mmmm.... Also, the crust is delicious. The 4 Pizzas I ordered were over the past NBA WCF with the Rockets and Warriors. Each night that the Rockets won I happened to order Pinks Pizza but it didn't work out tonight. I must have messed something up in my order for Game 7 or it was the Reffs intervention or the fact that we missed all of our 3 pointers or James Harden's turnovers!! Arghhh!! I don't know but over the course of the series I ordered the following pizzas: This Guy, The Mediterranean, Bada Bing, and the last one was The Deuce with extra sausage, pepperoni, and cheese! I didn't take photos of all of the pizzas but I think those photos I posted are from This Guy and The Deuce <--- Was really thinking of Chris Paul's mid range game that we missed... Maybe it was that extra sausage and pepperoni that brought us down? smh So if you want to do take out, do your self a favor, order online and give them 30 minutes to make the pizza before picking it up. To me that's the way to go. You can inspect the pizza there to make sure it's correct and I've never had it not be correct.

35 minutes to get a slice of pizza. I know it’s Saturday evening but I cannot believe the level of service for something so basic and simple. It’s a premade slice of cheese pizza with toppings put on it. Everyone else was disturbed by the time that it took to be serviced. And the person that took my order was pretty short and abrupt and light customer service qualities. It’s my first time here and I will never go back. I could’ve driven the Grimaldi’s, waited for a table and then even sooner than this. And the quality of pizza ingredients are far superior

Ordered a 12' cheese pizza, a Caesar salad, and a smores pie. Did not even cut the smores pie. Tasted like plastic and was cold. Pizza was okay. A little dry, could use more sauce. The salad was 99% croutons and 1% lettuce. Besides a fast delivery driver that was the only thing helping this order. I am here visiting for work and heard multiple good reviews about this pizza place. Could have at least included napkins or even a fork for the salad.

The pizza is decent/mid. The toppings are inconsistent between the staff that makes it. Sometimes it's the right ratio and some times it is too much or not enough toppings. Remember that this chain of pizza(brand) is considered premium as compared to other well known and established pizza chains so I expect a quality experience all around. The first couple of visits left no appeal or great remembrance other than an associate that had great customer service. After a year or two goes by I decide to try again and after several more visits I can see some appeal, but only in the pizza. The last two times I visited in store they were "on duty" but not at all friendly or present. In general, when I have visited the storefront the vibe is off, unfriendly, unwelcoming and a bit depressing and it was the same two individuals both times. Is this energy being put in the pizza I'm eating? Well, after my last visit I realized that I can't allow any negative energy from another to possibly be infused in any way into my food. Especially at the price point of said pizza. I originally ordered through door dash and then started picking up my order to avoid tampering. Your customer is paying for quality in the pizza and the atmosphere of your establishment and that includes the service providers. If the service provided has an arrogant aura that is unacceptable and can come off as negative energy. If a customer feels/senses that negative energy it can be a turn off and question the profile of...

ordered on Uber Eats. While it is about 30 minutes from my house, I didn't expect it to be piping hot, and it was ice cold, which is not a huge deal and is more on the driver than the restaurant, but some of the cheese on the pizza tasted Grainy as if it wasn't melted. I had called the restaurant after placing the order since they don't have an option to put in an order note and I asked if I could get extra sauce and well done. The guy acted like he was doing me a big favor by saying he would do extra sauce for free. Of all the pizza restaurants I have been to my whole life. I had never had one want to charge extra for sauce. I would understand if there was truffle oil or something, but not just regular red sauce. I had already paid for extra cheese. The pizza wasn't even slightly well done, if the pizza was well done in the first place, cold or not if it has not been refrigerated yet it shouldn't be soggy and floppy. biggest complaint of although was it was extremely salty pretty much inedible and luckily I got A refund from Uber after they said they wouldn't at first. Aside from the price being bumped up from Uber eats, pizza is not worth the price at all for a cheese pizza and I used to really like pink so maybe they just had an off night or this location isn't great but wouldn't...
