Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

So there's this well put together person named Alex right i told her I wanted a cup of black coffee and my best friend wanted one as well But he wanted sugar as well so i thought i might wake up a bit more with sugar right but i didn't know how much to put in my black coffee so i told her verbatim "just make mine sweet but not like his" Alex said "so you do want it sweet" I said "yes just make it like your coffee" Alex said "i dont drink black coffee, I drink lattés" I said " just make the coffee" and walked off. Man when I tell you this coffee made me happy I me so happy that I took a second look at her for no reason 🙄 I looked like a dog with big eyes like I've founda person that understands my words 😅 This coffee was beautifully created but to her its just another costumers order(slight work for Alex) Thank you Starbucks...

I was shopping in Target this evening, and decided to stop to get something from Starbucks after I checked out. There was a couple that walked up to the line less than 1 min before I did. The young man working behind the cash register took their order. He then proceed to go into the back while I waited for him to take my order and turned off all the lights overhead and behind the counter. After I asked him would he still be taking my order, he told me that the couple ahead of me was the last order of the night. When I looked at the time on my phone, it was 8:59 pm. I am very appalled by this treatment given that there was no one behind me in line, and I was the last customer standing there. I could not even leave the parking lot before leaving this review. This young man needs customer service...

Everytime i go to this starbucks i had an issue going there...i not a person who gets upset easily...and everytime i go there i would say to myself "maybe it was just that one day" but nope Firstly. It was bad customer services a big guy that works there kind of gave me an attitude The next visit i was craving for an old fashion doughnut and there was a fruit fly in the glass 2 times i had went in there and they told me "the blender was broken" how can 2 blender get broken at the same time And finally i order an iced drink and it was TOO SUGARY. ..like out of the line sugary And note that out of all those visit i have gone there one 2 was there a line of people, so i mean its not like they were...
