I was let out of lunch late and with my profession we aren’t given any additional time either so I knew I had to grab something fast, that’s when I decided on Taco Bell.

Upon arriving the restaurant seemed clean and orderly, I conveniently used the order kiosk to set my order paid and waited patiently for my order.

Great customer service experience! The person who bagged my order with a black shirt at the time (1:10 PM 1/25/23) was extremely helpful and kind! I had a question regarding the drinks and they gladly assisted me. Not only that they took the time to notice I had two drinks and that I had ordered takeout. without hesitation they offered me a drink carrier and kindly guided me to where the napkins and sauces were as well. I know this is the bare minimum but customer service is so often overlooked in many fast food chains.

Anyways, the food was delicious and filling. I had ordered the locos tacos supreme and nacho bell grande. They were both up to par to what I had expected in serving and taste. I will most definitely order from this location again next time I need a...

It couldn't get better than this. Every aspect is 10/10 The closest ive ever gotten to a perfect fast food experience, its almost unbelievable. I came in to an immaculately clean restaurant, with someone attentively detailing the tables and chairs. Not just wiping the tops down, but sanitizing the underneath of the tables, legs and backs of the chairs. Really going above and beyond. That was already a good sign.

Every employee i interacted with was so kind, helpful and gave a genuine smile, from the gentleman working in the lobby, to the lady in the kitchen and the man behind the counter. Every single one provided great service with a smile. And that really makes a difference to the customer.

I order and get my food quickly, and i have to say. This was the best taco bell could possibly be. Every ingredient was hot and fresh. The shells crispy and portions healthy. From the lettuce, to the cheese, the shells and chips and even the meat. I could tell was as fresh as possible. Everyone here is really operating this location so well. Im glad i was able...

I don’t Fast Food often but I saw a commercial they teamed with Franks Red Hot and thought to myself “I have to try this!” and so I did. I’m a weirdo and check my food beforehand in case there needs to be any sauce additions. This is absolute laziness. If there was a large amount that came out at the beginning but then a line down the burrito, I’d understand.

But it looks like whoever made it just squeezed the bottle and had not a care in the world how to product came out.

I’m 38yrs old…. Grew up on Taco Bell as a kid to a single mom so I’ve been a loyal patron…. But this bothers me so much especially after years in the service industry.

I know it’s Fast Food…. But if you hate your job or can’t do it properly…. You should maybe look elsewhere.

Also, I wrote this before checking the other 3 items I ordered 🙏.

Still love Taco...

Hard-working nice employees. But they have been skimping on the ground beef like crazy lately. Here is 28 photos I took of a crunchwrap supreme that have literally two bites with beef in them. This isn't the first time this has happened so I decided to take a picture after every bite LOL. This is definitely worse than it's ever been. I don't know if the owner is making them do this or what but it is going to make me not want to eat lunch here anymore!
