Tacos y Tortas El Pastorsito D.F. (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

I love the tacos, I love the customer service, I love the owners! I've brought tacos from here and given them to my coworkers who've raved about them. There are many other menu items people love so get what you like if you visit but I'm talking about the tacos; you can get them traditional or with everything on it and they even grill the onions before adding if I ask (I know, I'm extra). The tacos are straightforward, authentic and delicious, with well seasoned meet (esp. the beef). ALSO, this taco truck sits in the lot of the City of Houston office that happens to house the department to inspect restaurants/food trucks and they display the inspection sticker on the front. Wanted to like this place since its so close to work and we don't have alot of good food around. The staff is very nice and courteous however the food wasn't great. Ordered some tacos and a gordita. The meat was more like ground beef instead of Fajita and the cheese that was used in the gordita was very little. The overall taste of the food was ok but definitely not planning to return...

100/10!! So so good! I got the chicken tacos, and my friend got the chicken quesadilla. My friend said it’s probably the best quesadilla she’s ever had! My chicken tacos were amazing, you can tell it was made with fresh ingredients. There was a 10 min wait because of a lunch rush, but it was so worth it. The lady was so so sweet! Can’t wait to go back again....
