My wife & I met Dr. Miller just a few hours after our healthy boy was born 7/2023. She was very upbeat and enthusiastic about his care, but also made it a point to ask about mom (and still does). She worked very efficiently and anticipated questions with succinct medical knowledge to allay common concerns and helped guide our decisions based on what made us comfortable, not just dictating what she wanted. We have stayed under her care and couldn't be happier. Any and all questions are thoroughly answered without judgement and she is happy to share her extensive clinical knowledge regarding current literature. Her office notes provide a recap of the visits as well, so it makes it easy to review if you feel like you missed something. We have never felt pressured into doing anything medically to our son that we did not feel comfortable with; and, if we did have any apprehension she was more than willing to work with us to provide alternative options. She is very high energy and extremely efficient, which might make some visits feel rushed; but as a Physician Assistant in clinical practice, I can assure you it's only because she has such a true passion for pediatrics and such immense knowledge within the specialty that taking care of your child is quite literally the easiest and most fun thing she does all day. She spends more than enough time with you and your child. This expert Physician is incredible and we are so lucky to have her help my wife and I provide care for our child. Absolutely adore Dr Nava Miller! I lucked into her when I dropped the ball with my first child on picking a pediatrician and she was referred to me by my OB. And I'm so glad she did! I moved my step son over to her as soon as I could as well! She is always concerned with not only how the kids are doing, but also how I am doing. Great bedside manners. Always give me and the kids hugs when she walks in and when she leaves. Only downfall is the drive for me, but it's worth it. And then the wait sometimes is super long, but that's because she takes her time with each patient and I'm perfectly ok with that! She even called me directly herself once when we were having issues with a referral to the neurosurgery center at TCH to tell me that SHE was going to be sure it was all straightened out!!!...
