After Watching Her Video I Couldn't Stop Thinking About How Delicious Those Tacos Look And So My Friend And I Decided To Make The Drive From Dickinson Texas To See What The Hype Was About. I Can Truly Tell You It Was Definitely Worth Driving The Distance For And We Will Be Making Many More Trips And Thats A Promise. We Ordered The Vegan Tacos, Beef Tacos, Chicken Tacos, The Beef Ramen, And 6 Watermelon Guave Lemonades. The Staff Was Very Friendly And The Wait Time Was Not Long At All. Before We Left The Location We Decided To At Least Taste The Tacos Before We Drove Back Home Since It Was A First Time There For Us. If I Tell You They Were So Delicious That We Went Back And Ordered Another Beef Taco And Beef Ramen For The Next Day Even Though We Hadn't Eaten All Of The First Order Yet Because We Wanted To Wait Until We Arrive Home To Eat And Relax. I Have Never Taste A Taco ,Ramen Soup, And Watermelon Guave Lemonade That Taste Absolutely Delicious And The Best That We Have Ever Eaten Hands Down. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review. I am just leaving this food truck and was surprised, but not really by the lack luster service received. We chose not to eat here because although it was during lunch when we arrived, there were no guests in line before us and were never helped. We weren’t acknowledged despite standing at the window until about 5 minutes of standing. Their sign that we were reading blew down and a worker came out and took it without saying anything. My husband said “I need that” and she took a small menu and put it out the window. He said thank you with no response from her. Then a couple minutes later someone else told us they would be with us shortly. We stood for a while and heard them discussing who was going to help the window since someone already had an order. We sat at a table nearby since we were still waiting. We were never helped. We left this establishment and went to a local restaurant that has greeted and seated us before I even finished this review. I am beyond disappointed. I try to patronized black businesses so that I may do my part. I also eat at establishments to test them for future catering of corporate events. I will never return and will never consider their service for my events. I would suggest customer service training for all even if it’s the owner. Service with an attitude isn’t always...

She deserves her Title. If you've read any of my other reviews you know I'm a straight shooter. With that being said, I am convinced that these are the best damn Birria tacos in Texas. I've tried a few different places since these tacos began trending a couple of years ago and they've all been different in some way. These are small but mighty! The flavor is perfection and their signature "pressure sauce" is the icing on the cake. I LOVE their chicken Birria, I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I decided to try their vegan birria and I was amazed at how much it tastes just as good! I had no idea what to expect and I don't really like trying new things when it comes to food because I'm very picky and once I get a bad taste in my mouth I can't 'un'taste it but I was so pleasantly surprised. If you are ever in the area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by. If you're not in the area they have Uber eats (which I hate using but I have done it for these tacos). I would have posted pics but I honestly eat them so fast that they're gone by the time I even think about it.
