The Pit Room is known for their perfectly smoked meats, generous brisket bark, and especially for fusing BBQ with Tex Mex. It is not just a local favorite, but also is considered one the best Texas BBQ restaurants by food critics, as it’s been featured on countless food shows. Read moreI've been a big fan of Pit Room via the Richmond location and was very excited to get a location within 5 mins of my home. I ordered the brisket, beef sausage, turkey, beans and mac. The food was great, I always order fatty brisket and it held well, even with my doing a pickup order. The location will certainly build a loyal base of customers and they have a bright future at that location. I only gave it 4 out of 5 due to the speed at which the long line moved.
