Update: Continued bad service. Ordered 2 ghost pepper ranch and 2 butter and 2 sour cream. Why couldn’t you get that right? Was I I supposed to get out the car with my sprained ankle and ask for my condiments? I love Wendy’s but this restaurant location has always been the WORST!
Place needs to be shut down. This is this only way to put in complaints. This morning I waited 30 mins in the drive thru for my order when no one was even there, just one car in front of me who also had to wait 30 mins for her order too! The boy at the window overflowed my drink and did not even try to wipe it off or offer a napkin before handing it to me. Also I ordered 1 ghost pepper ranch sauce, not hand full of ketchup, but as usual I didn’t get the sauce I checked off in my app. Please get a simple order right and on time. No apology for snail service given to top it all off. Please do better!! Also, the other day when I ordered the Taki’s chicken sandwich, they gave me the jr chicken sandwich with very little of the toppings that are supposed to be on that sandwich. I guarantee you this location messes up on purpose, so check your bag before taking off and make them fix it.
I want to put in a complaint. I ordered in my app a large chili with cheese and onions and saltines and hot sauce. They put the chili in bag with no onion or cheese. I didn't get the hot sauce either. I reminded them what I checked in the app and one of them showed me the ticket and said "this is what you ordered." I said I was putting in a complaint because I know I checked cheese and onion on my app. Only when I said I was putting in a complaint did they say they were going to go get the cheese and onion. Read morePulled up to the drive through at ~7 PM on Sunday, 8/10/25. I sat at the speaker long enough, with no one taking my order, that I pulled around to make sure they were open. As I pass the drive thru windows, I see the guy who should be taking orders scrolling what looks to be a cell phone. He looks up at me as I pass by. There are two cars at the front window waiting on their orders. So I pull back around to the drive through speaker again. This time the guy scrolling his phone, promptly comes on and tells me to hold on a moment. Crickets....long enough for me to get a text out to my son, asking for a plan B, since I am having significant issues getting them to take my order here. Finally he comes back on and takes my order, SLOWLY, very slowly... I pull around to pay, and I then have to wait for this same guy to slowly put on a pair of gloves before he takes my money. He is nice enough, asks how my day is going so far, but he was slow as molasses. I hand him $32 cash for a $31.78 order, and he looks instantly confused being given cash. He asks me if I want my change and receipt, um, Yes, please! I can clearly tell he is struggling to do the math in his head to give me back my 22 cents in change. He figures it out. I get to the second window, food is ready as expected, and the second guy tells me to have a Blessed Day. After placing my order in the drive thru, the drive thru worker had me to pull up to the window. I was told my total, but to verify my total I asked again when I got to the window. The worker shook their head instead of verbally responding yes, or no to confirm that the total was correct. I was then told that my food is already at the window and that is where I grabbed it immediately after paying. I told the worker to have a nice day and they didn’t respond back. Not to mention, I was not provided a receipt. As I made my way to eat my food, my fries tasted fresh and they were hot. Then I grabbed a saucy nugget and noticed the nuggets were not crispy or slight crispy and the sauce and nuggets were cold. I also asked for buffalo sauce that was not spicy, but the ones provided were spicy. After analyzing my experience within that quick five minutes, I have determined that I dealt with very poor customer service and I paid for partial poor quality food. While I find this behavior and food handing unacceptable, I will simply duly note it in this review in hopes that management will rapidly address the situation so that this does not happen to...
