Wow? I don't know who is the manager of this location, but whoever is hiring your staff needs rededicate themselves to the quality and importance of "service ". Let me start off by saying very impressive facility, thanks for the upgraded building, just forgot one minor detail...? the employees!!! Went through the drive and saw a 5 car wait, not too bad I'll can wait a little.... and we waited after 15 minutes past noticed the same vehicles that were out there when we pulled up never moved an inch. (1st clue), When we finally got to the intercom to order someone asked us to hold on twice in 4-5 minute increments (2nd clue), Finally got to the window after ordering, which we were in line for about 30 minutes now (11:07 PM), get there and arrive to the sounds of arguing employees with only 1 person at the window. After they collected our payment and gave us our drinks as we were waiting for our food, there was continuing arguing that spilled out in front of me and my wife, with the window still open? Shortly after seeing that, the argument escalated into a minor physical altercation, which they finally removed themselves from customers viewpoint and it seemed that they surely had to be calmed down in the office. I counted 5 personal on staff walking back and forth by the window without acknowledgement of what just took place or completing the orders, and eventually after sitting at the window for another 12 minutes, and no one taking any responsibility to serve the customers that were sitting in line for quite a long time, it was clear that the food would reflect the service and moral that was just displayed in front of me, as of now me and my wife and a few other people that were behind us may never return to this location. In conclusion this was a real story to the short reality, we love the food and drinks from Wendy's, but if this staff doesn't shape up either by being retrained or replaced, this beautiful building will see a lot of business drive by and drive away or walk right of the wonderful lobby that is supposed to invite customers to stay longer. Remember Quality over quantity. Please get...
Read moreThis location is never open at the time it states. The biggest thing I can say is always ask for your receipt at this location. My wife and I wanted to show appreciation to the teachers and directors at his daycare/academy. So we ordered breakfast through the app. Please ensure to check because they were missing a lot on the order. What really irritated me and I have not been back. I noticed anytime I did go they don’t like to give receipts and my total would always seem to be way more than what I got. The day we get the breakfast that morning I decided to pay for 2 more small breakfast potato wedges. The other person decided she didnt want to ring me up front and wanted to ring at the drive through machine which we were in person not drive thru. I am love math and know what my total will be exactly or close to by a penny or 2. She asks for my card and then states almost $8 for two small potatoes. I asked her was she sure so then I asked for my receipt. Both ladies looked at each other and hesitated. The lady that was helping us originally with the online ordered noticed I was paying close attention when she swiped my card but left the receipt at the printer. When I asked the other lady who rung me up for the receipt, she grabbed it at the drive thru and was looking at the receipt and not aware I was paying attention until the other server went to tell her. I watched her throw the receipt away and then went to register tapping the screen and printed another receipt stating she charge $3. My wife pulled up her ok phone with notification of payment that posted. I asked her why did she throw the receipt away and then she got quiet. I told her the exact amount to refund and just shook my head cause why are you charging people something else than what they asked for. I can only imagine if the drive thru people are paying cause I know a fact they do not give the receipt and if they do they ensure to Kee the one with survey and give you the second copy they print. ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AT...
Read moreThe manager Maria is sooo damn rude. I did a mobile order and ordered 4 cinnabons. When i opened the bag at work (i work at the planet in the same parking lot) I noticed there was no icing on any of them. I sent my friend to ask for icing and he told me they said they were out of icing. I walked back to ask for a refund and this is when things went downhill. I asked Maria why they didnt tell me they were out of icing. She had the biggest attitude and said her employee did tell me I probably just didnt understand her. I told her no I was not told. Argumentatively she says yes she did you just didnt understand her. I repeated no she didnt. She then turns to that employee who was assisting drive thru at the time and starts talking in Spanish. The manager then snatches the bag from my hands and slams it on the counter. I asked about the refund she says you have to do it on the mobile app (which didnt sound right) and refuses to help me. Eventually she walks to the drive thru register and gave me a cash refund. There was not at one point did I have an attitude towards her. I did not deserve that treatment. Turns out there have been multiple complaints against this manager. She needs to be fired. I did call corporate and filed a complaint against her. Thats how upset I was. I usually dont take such measures as I work two jobs and really don’t have the time, but I had time today. She got the right one. This was not okay.
My complaint is solely against the manager Maria. I honestly believe the employee had no idea there was no icing on it. Ive interacted with said employee before and she is usually really nice. From an outsider looking in I believe the manager treats the employees poorly so I empathize with them. It all starts with management. If Maria treats customers this way imagine how she treats the employees.
Corporate: I am satisfied with the response from corporate. I did feel heard and like they really do care. I hope action is taken. Thank you corporate for your...
